Aiming for the 50th single, the first in a series of 3 consecutive works!
This 48th single is a double A-side featuring the widely-acclaimed famous songs 「MOON」 and 「blossom」!!
Both tracks are the current hot topics and much-welcomed comeback works of the composer for debut song 「poker face」 and famous work 「A Song for ××」, Hoshino Yasuhiko!
「MOON」 has been released as a limited chaku-uta to fanclub members who purchased the album 『Rock'n'Roll Circus』, and the full version has also been sung during live performances. This is one song that everyone has been wanting to be made a single.
「blossom」 is part of the large-scale tie-up promotion with Zespri, with it being the CM song for the 「Gold Kiwi, Green Kiwi」 CM. It's been a long time that AYU released three singles one time....ROCK!!

Avex is really so smart. Now that we've reached an era where it's SO difficult to sell more than 100.000 copies (especially when you've been at the top for 12 years), they're always thinking of reasons to celebrate and to make something special. It costs over $100 to get all of the versions of this single. Probably the other 2 singles will have that many versions aswell. How long can Ayu keep her #1 singles streak. Eventually they'll have to come up with better extra's, more versions or whatever :) The 8 tracks of this single would have been a 'short' 1-CD single in 2001. But now, in 2010, they're spreading the 8 tracks over on 4 different discs. Meanwhile, we, the Ayufans, benefit :D 4 covers!!
