Well. Prepare yourself to not like this Arena Tour very much too then. They do have similar scripting/set list. This CDL is really like the Arena Tour, just a toned-down and not-so-awesome version.

After just buying the AT09 tour, I think I'll just Youtube this one...for now at least.

I can't speak for anyone else but for me personally, I'm kind of glad that the OS version doesn't come out until a little later on. I don't think I can buy the single and the DVD set at the same time so releasing it a week or two after works out for my wallet better, lol. I mean, my wallets going to get hurt anyways but it least it will be small blows at different times rather than one big blow that will land it in Broke Hospital, lol.

Yeah, I'm just going to youtube this or download it for now. Might consider buying later when I have a job XD.

Funny that you say it cuz when I walk around with the goods from CDL09-10 I get all of these random comments all the time. That I mean from ppl who dont know Ayu or arent fans. "Wow, that is a great bag! Its really nice design. Wow that phonestrap is so nice! Where did you buy it?" Lol. My boy-o got so into the bag that he is now gonna buy one to himself, he nor his friends (who loved it) didnt know that it was an Ayu goods from the beginning. I came to like the logo alot actually. Its cool.

The goods of CDL 09-10 were certainly at the top of my all time favourite tour merchandise. I like them better than the Arena Tour Goods of this year.

^Well my comment was directed towards the poster. And considering the content of such poster hasn't been released, it seems like fair judgement.

As for the DVD, i agree the quality of the audio was bad. But 78$ for a CDL is a lot of money for me, and I tend to enjoy her AT more. Also, we will be getting a couple of the tracks in AT 10, so many i'll just hold out. (inspire)

I won't be buying this, but I'll definitely grab a download once it's up :D The vocals do need to desperately be fixed, I can't wait for some audio rips with good vocals of these songs <3

I don't know if the logo will be on the poster at all, haha. Usually posters with Ayu are textless/logoless except for maybe an A on the lower left in a really small font.

The same happens to me, although I just use fanmade T-shirt (not, the official sorry ayu :innocent). Some of my friends who don't know ayu, always said like, "Hey, what a good shirt, I like the pic, where did you buy that?" And I just, "LOL."

for me I can't be bothered & couldn't tell the difference so much & the Yen is forever not working in anyone's favour too .__.

if you think 6,000 Yen for a 2 DVDs set is expensive , I shelled out close to 7,000 Yen for a 2 DVDs concert DVD set of BREAKERZ most recently .__.

AT10 will probably be on Blu-ray. Namie's BF tour was and the last few Otsuka Ai lives have been on Blu-ray as well.

I would be more excited for this release if I am..., Pride, and teddy bear weren't the only remotely memorable performances for me. Such a good setlist too. Maybe once the DVD releases, people rip, upload it and the sound (+Ayu's vocals) aren't murdering my ears then I'll consider buying it, lol.

Actually, they took some of the editing away from AT09.

Edits that were in the TV version were not in rollin' anymore. It's weird.

I'm confident the DVD for CDL09-10 will be amazing. People kinda hated CDL05-06 and then they saw the DVD and shut up about it.

Naaaaw I feel bad for CDL09-10. Its was such a great concert! Before AT10 I concidered it as one of her best that Ive been too! I hope it will gain more love with the DVD. She did much better the concert the 30th! :)

i saw shes also including a poster with the DVD on CDJ for this release. She seems to be getting more and more into releasing a poster for first press lately.

And i really want this concert too. But I put this DVD in my online shopping cart with like a bunch of other stuff I desperately want right now, and the total cost comes to about $560US!! I really don't have the money for even one item.... totally sucks.

Yeah seem we will get another photoshoot cover like with AT 2009 as it came with a poser too ^^

And I think they are trying to sell more doind that set for TA... if they want the folder they have to buy a single + DVD... it's not like with the BOX... but it helped an dmaybe this will boost sales a bit too ^^

^Yeah, I find the HK Presses are usually the best choice in OS Press. The Korean Press I actually find to usually be the most expensive OS Press choice.

Yeah, CDL 04-05 was my first Ayu concert I watched in whole (the DVD) and I liked it a lot. I loved it.
05-06 on the other hand... I downloaded the TV version and watched it and wasn't impressed. I always wondered if the DVD version would have changed my mind...

^Nopes... CDL didn't use to include... the first was BEST of CDL with the documentary in A BEST 2... and CDL 07-08 and 08-09 also had thsi making movie...

For AT the first was AT 07, even though AT05 and AT06 had that 3rd DVD full of backstage footage... AT 08 and AT09 don't have documentaries or making, just MC and interlude videos ^^

That's the only way I'm getting this DVD as well, lol. I always buy the OS version because I can't afford to spend the money they want for the Japanese press.

Ayu's one of only few Japanese artists where i always buy japan press(unless its an artist that doesnt release OS press). What i don't understand though is why the Japan Press of American albums are still cheaper than Japan Press J-Pop albums. Same with the DVDs.

Oh, and I really WANT the first press poster with this concert DVD release. Probably gonna get it plaque mounted too! :D

I pre-ordered the DVD yesterday and picked EMS, because I can't wait to get it. I hope, it'll arrive together with Ayu's new single!! :heart

I WANT to see the concert! I'm soooo in love with the setlist! :yes

I really want to watch it again, because the concert itself was amazing, but the sound and cameras weren't the best in TV version, this year was really bad, but I'm sure that this will be one of my favourites countdown, because the setlist is awesome! and her vocals weren't that bad (except BoY that was a bit painful).

I think that everyone was overreacting a bit on Ayu's vocals~ I thought she did sound strained, but it wasn't THAT bad, IMO :shrug I mean, think: the microphones and sounds weren't good, so maybe that messed up her vocals? Plus, sometimes Peco and Princess affect how Ayu sounds too, because when Ayu was singing alone, like in teddy bear, she sounded really really good :heart (oh... I'm not sure if she's singing alone; it doesn't sound like Peco & Princess are singing with her... o_o) I thought this was a really good concert: awesome setlist, cool costumes (except for the dancers in the STEP you & EnergizE... *shudder*), and a good performance by Ayu overall :heart I would consider buying this DVD if I had the money :) :yes

The TV sound was as BAD as live. Believe me when I say that TV sound is even better than live. Sometimes I didn't know what lyrics she was singing until the chorus... Her microphone was "saturated" (I don't know the exact word, sorry) with the high-pitched sounds (like "Pride" or "I am...") and my ears were a little hurt at the stadium! "evolution" was a very disappointing song for me :(

I have to disagree with that. The live was not awesome, but definitely not as bad as the TV version. The sound editing totally murdered the TV version, that's all I would say.
