^ Tenso asks us to use that extra part, but in most of the sites I use with Tenso (including TA and mu-mo) that exceeds the limit number of characters, so I don't use it. :shrug

Also, i have another question. orginally in my tenso address there was a dash after the TS part but recently i have logged on to notice there is no dash after the TS anymore and it goes immediately into the numbers. Do I have to change that on teamayu? Any help is appreciated

^ A dash? Like ＴＳ－***** (the * being the numbers)? That's odd... Mine never had a dash there. I think it would be better to remove the dash and use exactly like it is on your Tenso address then. But it's strange, I've never seen a Tenso address with a dash there before and I have my Tenso account for almost 2 years now...

Does anyone know how to pay for another membership year? My information shows me that my membership will end on March 31st if I don't pay. But where can I pay?

Last year it seemed easier, there was a red link saying "pay here." But now there is no such link. :(

March 31st is still long to go. You pay for it after you logged in on the fanclub site (http://fc.avex.jp/ayu/) where you can change your information. Left red button saying 継続する There is a tutorial on page 1 of this thread, too.

My membership runs out this month and I've been trying to renew it. It just doesn't work. I get the hint TA, you don't want my money. I still have a few days to try, but I just don't get why it doesn't work. Well, I'll give it another try tomorrow - if they still won't let me pay, then that's it. TA has been acting up for a few days, not letting me log in and all. *sigh*

^ I had the same problem, so now I always renew my membership really early. The problem is that if it is too close from the end date avex will send you the bill and you can't pay with credit card anymore. I had to make a new registration when it happaned to me cause I couldn't pay my membership registration anymore D:

I've heard what happened to pimenta & you happen to others too and I really want to keep my membership number the same so that's why I wanted to pay as early as possible. But it doesn't seem to be possible, at least not at the moment. :(

I hope that's not the problem in my case. It says that you can still pay 20 days before the membership runs out in advance. I even got a mail that says until which day I can pay. But it still doesn't work. If it won't work tomorrow, I'll just have to accept that though. But I'm not sure if I'll renew then, I want my membership number to stay the same and Ayu posted less and less in her diary last year. I have to think about it.

^I'm very certain that's the problem. You still have almost 3 months to go. That must be the reason why the button is not there. TA will probably write an e-mail in February, saying you can now renew.

EDIT: I just tried again, because I couldn't believe that this was the problem. Now it worked. So it was really not the problem, just the site messing up. I hope I haven't payed three times now, haha. But it is good advice to pay when you get that mail from TA. Which happened early December so a month before the membership ran out.

Now it looks like this (cutted out my name & membership numbers) Because I can obviously not pay a year in advance.

The two red buttons (Options of Renewal/No Renewal) are gone. It probably looks like this for you. For me there was also a message blinking saying that the membership is running out SOON! DANGER! :)

I got the first one so I think it's a normal present. I remember I got a mail from TA about the pin and they will send it later and you can't choose the color of the pin but now we got this huge postcard set. :eyebrow But you can get the pin at the concert if you join TA or something.

The torchlight is TA joining gift. The badge if I nv remember wrongly is for those who extent/join TA at the concert venue.

^It doesn't work like that. You can choose your goods when you purchase Ayu's releases if there's more than one choice. But the actual Team Ayu goods (magazines, keychains, cards, etc) just get sent to you whenever they are sent.

Im trying to join the international team ayu but the whole form is in Japanese... i can't see the images from this guide so I don't even know if it would help me or not (since it wasn't made for the international TA).
Im literally stuck with the first question, I can only read hiragana and katakana and I see America but not Europe... isn't the form available in English?

^ It's written "you need to select "your country" in order to change the language of the following categories" on the screenshot you posted, I assume it is the first question of the form since it's written "Japan" in it? I don't remember if France was there but I guess if you select america the form will turn into english and you will be able to select your real country later

Is anyone who is still a TA member able to update us a bit on the perks/gifts/costs etc? It seems like registering is a lot easier nowadays (though shame that the images in the original post no longer work, even if that method is not entirely up to date) but referral to the page about TA info doesn't help much because that page does not seem to offer info in English.

I mean it makes you feel a bit more special? It definitely has more perks for the members residing in Japan as for instance currently, you have TA Summer Party and only the members can attend. For her regular concerts, TA gets to participate in the ticket lotteries first.

Sometimes there's a giveaway of some items like a piece of clothing ayu wore or sth.

There are monthly wallpapers if that's your thing and you can check them in the wallpaper section even without being a member, just to get the big size you need to log in https://global-fc.net/teamayu/contents/wallpaper/

Sometimes tours have their own special pages where you can find pictures of fans before the venue, and those are forbidden from being reposted anywhere else, the setlist and some other things like events when members send a message which will appear randomly to other members (works only on mobile).

Additionally to those things, there are ayu blog entries written by her. These days most are in Japanese so you need to use some online translator but they do ok to a decent job with it. Some are translated by the team and presented in English.

For quite some time they have been updating Mura-ayu channel on a weekly basis with a variety of videos like backstage stuff, funny moments, behind the scene of music videos. You can find some in the download section to get the idea.

Q&A that can be found on the forum also comes from there.

Oh and there is an option to message ayu or TA staff, but obviously it's a one-way street haha and you can only hope she reads it.

CDJapan offers to buy it for you using their proxy service so in this case you don't need to be a member :) But it definitely was the case with some previous releases.

When I try to access the TA app from the USA it says not available in my country so this means no way to join TA now and no access to TA ticket sales? :confused
