Since all of the songs are A-sides, there is a great possibility that they will be included on the album. I'm not 100% certain though since there have been A-side songs in the past that didn't make it to the album. Regardless, I'm going to wait until the album comes out before I decide if I'm going to buy this single or not. If all of the songs are on it, I'm not going to buy it and if they aren't, I will buy it. The only thing I'm going to regret is not getting a first press edition if I do end up buying it later on.

I think all the songs will make it. The only A-side song that hasn't made it to a Namie album is just the SPEED STAR I think.

And White Light as well. I think those songs were not on PLAY because they'd feel out of place. But I don't understand why she didn't include the SPEED STAR in QoHP because IMO it would fit even more better than that poppy song GIRL TALK.

it doesn't really matter to me if one of the songs gets cut from the next album. either way i'm stilll gonna be getting a copy of this single, but that's waay after the new album comes out. if one of tracks do get cut, i think it will most probably be Fight Together.. but that's just me:yes:yes

I've always thought the same thing about the SPEED STAR. It was a really weird ass decision not to put it on the album. I like GIRL TALK though, but I despise I Love You, so I actually swapped that with the SPEED STAR in my iTunes and now QoHP is fantastic.

I totally agree with that! I've been watching a lot of her pv's and this is just a too boring video to be a namie video :(
But I really love the song and I like her voice in it.

I never swap any songs from the albums because I just feel like it's just a fanmade album if I did that. D: But no, I'm not saying you shouldn't do whatever you want. You see, I really despise Ups & Downs on QoHP and I would love to throw that away and put either the SPEED STAR, Butterfly or STROBE on it instead lol. Naked is really catchy. Tempest is ok but I don't really like Namie's ballads, I'm a fan of her upbeat songs. Fight together is really lame. I hope Naked ends up on her upcoming album.

I really like Fight Together Actually, lol. I usually don't like bubble-gum pop, but that song is definitely waaaay too catchy for me. It was - amazingly enough - an instant like for me.

Naked actually took me a while before I liked it, and I still need to hear it in CD quality before I can totally get hooked.

Tempest was probably my least favorite, but I'm sure hearing it on the CD and hearing it live will make it better. I still like it, I'm just not used to it yet I guess. It's kind of like what Benikari said about 'Get Myself Back', it just has yet to grow on me.

This is my opinion (which I am entitled to), so if this offends you, don't make a big deal out of it. I think the only reason most of the people in this thread think that this single is bad compared to some of her other ones, maybe it's because you hype so much for the songs to be something PERFECT. Which, to be honest, is not going to happen, 60s70s80s wasn't even perfect. Her singles haven't gone down hill, it's probably more like your taste has gone down hill. What's horrible to one person could be amazing to someone else. Like me. I personally find Tempest to be like I WILL or Never End part 2, and those are two of my favorite ballads. NAKED is sexy, and addicting, while Fight Together is really sweet, something Namie doesn't usually do. It's a good type of different. :yes

AGREE. People overrated 60s70s80s just because of the expensive PV which produced by Vidal Sasson and 60s70s80s has a theme for a 3A single. But however N/F/T doesn't. It doesn't really mean that it's not good just because it doesn't have a theme or same style and with cheap PVs. I have to admit that NAKED is really awesome and so as Tempest, but I am dissapointed about Fight Together honestly. It's a little bit too sweet for me but overall it's not so bad and Namie keeps trying new stuff. Sometimes when you are trying new stuff, you don't always make it so perfect. JUST GIVE NAMIE SOME TIME, next original album which her 10th album will show you what she really doing right now. (and yup im so gonna buy this single <3)

I personally liked the all previous singles a lot more than this one, HOWEVER, that's just my first listen impresion of the songs and I haven't listened to them anymore at all. I'll wait for the actual single to come out and then judge. So far I really think NAKED at its first listen sounds very bland and boring altogether with Fight Together. Still, Tempest blew my mind the first time I heard it and I look forward to it the most.

I liked 60s70s80s, but I didn't really like ROCK STEADY much, though the PV's were interesting and all... But it's not like it was the most amazing work, my favorite single she's done would probably be Wishing on The Same Star or maybe NEVER END. Those are some really solid tracks, though I absolutely ADORE exist for you.

Fight together reminds me of Dr, Come, Defend love. These songs are made in similar style and all are connected with anime (PV or opening). I like FT and I like Naked.. But Tempest totally isn't in Namie's style, I don't like it.

Songs like Fight Together, Dr, Defend Love or Come are smiliar in their music style. All of them include anime motif (openings and MVs).
I like Fight Together and Naked. But I never would say, that Namie can release song like Tempest... I don't like it ~
