True, With U, and All I Want Is You seem to be my favorites so far!

Not impressed by the new album at all. It's not bad, I just don't like it that much. I expected something different, I guess. But I hope it will grow on me...
My favorites tracks so far are 眠れぬ夜のせいで and All I Want Is You.

It debuted at #2 on Oricon with sales of 14,164.

I'm halfway into her album and so far it's a positive surprise(I had rather low expectations, I loved AIAIAI, liked HEARTBEAT and was not impressed by anything else I've heard prior to today)! Nemurenuyorunoseide is a wonderful song. Baby Love is a bit...ugh though.

I really like the album. can't say it's my fav or that I love it, cuz Ring & HEAVEN are my favs, but it is good, happy about urban Miliyah again :)

OK, so the last 4 tracks were absolutely awful. But aside that a rather good album!

I love the album! I dont know what people who are not impressed were listening. All I Want Is You is my fav :weep vocals and lyrics are on point. ROMAN remained just okay-ish for me but other tracks slay my soul :weep

I'm just noticing that Yuusha Tachi is 6:17! I didn't realize it was so long. That song is so flawless, guess I just got lost in the song.

Solid effort but I wish the album sounded more like ROMAN. I really liked that edgy style she was going for…

Her make up and contacts look horrid, imo. She looks like she was trying to copy something she saw on YouTube and the contacts just make it worse. Also, her lip color doesn't extend to cover all of her lips. Like they were trying to make them smaller.

That album didn't really leave an impact on anyone lol. I feel like the album is just "there". Maybe it's because I'm too biased towards HEAVEN.

Seems like Miliyah herself isn't in to her own music. Considering that she appears to still be dressing herself in the dark, I perhaps she's having trouble finding her way out of the closet, and loses time that could be spent on making decent music?

^Well, I like Boogie Back better than Love Forever. So, I'm not exactly looking forward to another song with him. I don't like it when any singer works with one person too many times even if the songs are good, like Kana Nishino and WISE, and I often wonder why they choose to work with them so many times.

Love Forever was the only good collab they did. Anything after was excessive and unneeded.

Whaaat? Do you mean gay as in stupid? lol I don't know much about Shota with his personal life, but I can't imagine him being gay, he just seems really boyish. I pretty much enjoy their ALL their collaborations. But maybe I'm bias because I think they're cute together (generally).

Anyway, I listen to True Lovers a lot still and I'm actually listening to it right now. I love HEAVEN but TL is a very close second. Its a little sad it didn't and doesn't seem to be that well received. If there was any slight disappointment for me in this album its UGLY. It was a bit too uplifting in sound and I was hoping it would darker, but having said that I still enjoy it.

I've liked all their collabs but I do wish she would just release a really awesome singe¥le haha. Like Bye Bye.

There's been a lot of speculation that Shimizu Shota is gay (as in sexually). But has it been reported that he is in fact?

^Are there like, reports on TV about it in Japan? I've always read that in Japan being gay basically means marrying a woman and sleeping with dudes on the side. Then again, I know that Happie Nuts model Hiromi just came out as a lesbian (which is really only a surprise to the Japanese because she looked like such a stereotypical American lesbian). And people seem to be cool with her.

If he is and Miliyah is still his friend I have even more respect for her now. Ayu, Kuu and Miliyah. All that will be missing is Kana Nishino :P

I've listened to her for the first time. I tried out the TRUE LOVERS album because I was just too impressed with that beautiful cover. I have to say she has amazing vocals - very enjoyable to listen to even if the music is not particulary enjoyable at times. About the music itself, I felt it to be a bit on the boring side more, however the biggest problem I had with the TRUE LOVERS album (or so far with all of her music I've actually heard) is the repetition of cheesy English lyrics. It kind of makes listening to these songs embarrasing, but it's not THAT bad, I guess.

Other than that, I really enjoy HEART BEAT, Konya wa Boogie Back (mostly because of the amazing choruses, could do without the rappers), Nemurenu Yoru no Sei de (even though the music kind of annoyed me at first), True (a pretty song), All I Want Is You (this one had some amazing verses, but the chorus kind of lets me down) and UGLY (even though it's not that special, it's just nice to listen to).

Getting on another point, do you guys think I should listen to either HEAVEN or Ring next?

Both are really good albums. It doesn't matter which you listen to first, as long as you get around to listening to all of them. However, Sora on HEAVEN is one of my all time favorite songs from her. Then again, so is 20 -cry- on Ring.

Imo, HEAVEN is the better album, and I agree with happiholic that "Sora" is one of the highlights on that album, such a beautiful song. Ring is great as well though.

Don't forget to check out her non-album tracks, such as "Wara no Inu" (found on Yuusatachi single.) It's a really pretty song, probably my favorite song of her. Mukuchi no Uta, Ms. Jealousy and Desire are also great non-album tracks.

just got Ring, heaven & M BEST Tour. Ring was nice, can't decide which one of the other two I like more tough. The second half of M BEST was especially great, But HEAVEN had the overall more interesting setlist and an amazing Destiny Performance!

Is anyone? It seems like all the comments I read about this girl (form North Americans) is about how whack her style is these days.

I really liked TRUE LOVERS, but then again, I also don't care for her fashion much, or for fashion in general. She could wear a bin bag for all I care, just as long as everything is as much of a jam as HEART BEAT.

I didn't enjoy the singles that much except Yuusha Tachi and ROMAN, but the album tracks are awesome to me <3 I would say I like the album almost as much as I loved HEAVEN.

I just wish she'd stop dressing like a female version of VERBAL.

the scene looked really poor
her vocal and singing seemed to be poor too

^ totally disagree ahah. The stage was fantastic imo love the space thing theme, her voice was on point 99% of the time (considering she was dancing for more than half of the concert, can't say it's perfect) and most of the outfits were great <3 She never was a good vocalist anyways, a fair singer at best.
