The original title in korean of Disturbance is "그런 너" which means "then, you", so I'm guessing that Baby you.. is the japanese version of Disturbance.

Tail of Hope PV! Short Ver.

I REALLY :heart LOVE :heart Tail of Hope, which makes me very happy. While I like ballads I find "Disturbance" to be extremely boring. I could never get into it, and I doubt it being in Japanese with a different title would change anything. I've DL'd "Between Heaven And Hell" recently, and it's taking some growing on me, but I think I'll like it. Tbh, I had been disappointed with her very recently, but she's FINALLY catching back up to me with this song. Also the covers are beautiful. And I ADORE the PV!! She looks fantastic throughout the whole thing. It's simple, but gorgeous and perfectly summer through and through. :blove

EDIT: Btw, does anybody have any desktop wallpapers of the new covers? She looks stunning on them and I'd really like some for summer!! :blove I haven't been able to find any wallpapers (especially any decent ones) of BoA in a long while :(

I've been not listening to her much lately. In fact been almost sorta avoiding her as I haven't been in the mood, but now I got my music library on BoA shuffle!! This single just put me right back into the BoA spirit :D :heart :blove

Honestly she has never looked better than in that video! Seriously breath-taking and I never thought of her in that way before. I thought of her as just average beauty - nothing "ugly" or like she had a specific "flaw", but nothing to make her stand out either. But, she really shines in this video. She is a very natural beauty.

It's me or some shots of Tail of Hope PV take place on the same spot as the Ayu's Sunrise/Sunset covers were shot ?!

I preordered the single as well and CDJ says it has first press stuff but there were no details. Has anyone got a clue?

The CD Only says its just one of those slips only ppl in Japan can use. However wiki says something about some limited edition coming with a bonus track of ToH (english version), but confused on details there too. i think there might also be a special packaging for cd+dvd due to shape of the cover image....

Could it be similar to Only One? They both look rectangular. Too bad she never releases posters for FPs.

And i REALLY wish she would do a poster for ToH single. The covers are awesome. however ur wrong. she has done posters as FP for singles before. i got a beautiful one with her Love Letter single when i bought it from cdjapan.

Anyway, the first-press CD+DVD for Only One JP is in a large rectangular package. It's done in a way like it's a huge mailing envelope (with the stamps and all illustrated).

The full pv is out since yesterday, and well there's nothing new, XD.

^My personal favorite of her older ones is Love & Honesty.

I suggest Valenti! :) I really love the songs Sekai no Katasumi De, Discovery, Moon & Sunrise, Kiseki, and flower.

Valenti was always her most popular of her older Japanese works. :)

BEST of SOUL is actually a good choice! It was my first BoA CD that I bought, and it made me become a fan! It's the album that introduced me to BoA, but my favourite of hers would be Valenti. I guess if your a new fan BEST of SOUL would be the best choice, because it has all of her hits. ^_^

IDENTITY is a really good album, but I wouldn't call it her best album. It has some good songs like, THE END そして and..., This Is Who I am, Bump Bump!, Mamoritai: White Wishes, Neko Love, Possibility, LAZER. Those are the songs I like the most off of the album, but I think it's really different from her other stuff. I would give it a listen, and if it's not your taste I suggest you listen to some of her other albums, because I know a lot of fans who like BoA didn't really like IDENTITY... :/ For new BoA fans I would suggest BEST of SOUL, and Best & USA, because both of those are her best albums and it shows her older music aswell as some of her newer music! ^_^

IDENTITY is personally my favorite album from BoA, sadly it's pretty disliked by fans. It's her only album that feels cohesive and like a full body of work in my opinion, albums like The Face have some really great songs but sounds like it had no creative direction or concept whatsoever, just a bunch of random songs mixed together.

But on IDENTITY every track flows great with each other and has the same atmosphere when you listen to them. But i think that's the problem most fans have with it, the ballads can seem too samey and maybe even boring to some. Personally i think their some of her best. Mamoritai, Possibility, The End そして & Fallin' are just stunning!

Is This Love is really the only track on the album i don't care for, it goes absolutely nowhere and never takes off.

I have to agree with you! :) You explained it well! I was trying to think of the words to describe it but I couldn't! Every track does flow with one another. I like THE FACE, but like you said it did feel like there was no creative direction in it. I feel OUTGROW also had a lot of creative direction like IDENTITY. I think my least favourite album by her would be Made in Twenty (20).

I just saw the trailer for "Make your move" (Cobu). It doesn't seem too bad, but it's nothing special, though BoA's in it so I'll watch, otherwise I'd probably pass on this movie.

I haven't even DL'd Action... I don't usually bother with those random songs she does strictly for Korean shows. Most don't hang onto me as well as her actual singles and albums tracks.

I think it's the ending theme of a drama from BeeTV, haven't double checked though.

In the preview BoA's vocals were a little too high, somewhat offkey. In the full version her vocals are sounding more normal, in her usual pitch.
