Listening to Kuu for a few ours and... God, I miss loving everything this woman released! I loved her so much, but it's been 3 years since I'm disappointed with her releases. Its because those looks were popular in the 80s and 90s and they are now officially retro, being more than a decade ago. Its really easy to predict fashion, sometimes. I'm also over it.

Fashion repeats itself though. It just makes minor changes as things come back... like changing the names of stuff. Bell Bottoms were the original name for what I think they call Boot Cut jeans now. When I was a kid we called 'em Flares if my memory serves me correctly.

^A Boot cut is a slightly flared jean, but they tend to not be as overstated as full on flares. That's why they have different terms.
I used to be happy with Japan's love for this look, combined with the ultra layering of all sorts of fabrics and textures...

but after looking at nothing but it for the last 5 years, and seeing it go absolutely nowhere...kinda bored now.
