Oh well. I hadn't even realized I had made it to the 3rd track on the Mini until halfway through the song. It just all sounds like background noise. I forgot that music was even playing. So I stopped it, because I honestly have no intention of checking out the rest of the mini right now. I hardly remember what "Mr.Mr." sounds like. |

my faves are Goodbye and Wait a minute. the others are just okay, the typical SNSD songs, but i still enjoy it. as for Mr.Mr, it's a good song but it's not great as a comeback song, but maybe with the MV will help people to hype up more. nonetheless, can't wait to see their comeback on TV shows :) |

I LOVED MR MR VIDEO! <3
It's not as good as IGAB one imo, but it's still better than Galaxy Supernova, My Oh My, Love & Girls and The Boys. Nothing is really going on, but then, it's a korean PV, it's kind of a given, lol. They look stylish, they totally rock this kind-of-American-Horror-Story-Asylum atmosphere and that scene with black and white outfits gave me nice dancing moves. I love all of this very, very much! <3 I'm still not sure about how I feel exactly about the minialbum as a whole. I like it enough, maybe it's a little monotone, but at least it's cohesive. For now Mr Mr is a nice track, a grower in my case, but I agree when people say it's not the perfect choice for a comeback. Probably their weakest korean comeback single ever, but it's still a sweetie. |

I really have to say: they won 'cause Korea is crazy about them, and that's nice and all, but that Mr.Mr. performance was messy as hell!!
I'm really glad they did Wait a Minute, 'cause the mini-album tracks sound very generic at first, so hearing them live, with a concept and all, kinds of help me to finally feel them. But Mr.Mr. dance is non-existent till the song hits 2:25, and they actually start dancing together and using real dance moves. Everything before looks SO CONFUSING. Where did that guy ever come from? Where did he get out? |

They appear and disappear without explanation or logic, while the girls take a stroll around the stage and basically kill the time while they wait to the final part of the song to start. I've never seen something so messed up. It looks like they're having an hangover party, seriously. With people randomly showing up and walking around. |
To be honest, as much as I love SNSD, I think this is their weakest comeback yet. The choreography for both tracks is lackluster, the execution of the MV's concept was quite poor, and while the mini-album is nice, I certainly wouldn't count it as one of their best releases. In my opinion, "Soul" is the best track on the mini-album yet I still prefer the Chinese version over the Korean version. I enjoy "Mr. Mr." as well but in comparison to their previously released title tracks, it's not one of their best. I'm happy that the girls won but I do have to agree with marty. I think that their popularity played a big role in their win more so than the title track and mini-album itself. While this may have been the case for their previous releases as well, I felt like their wins were still well deserved due to the quality of the songs.

After few listenings to this song I still dislike something about the chorus, but it has good parts too. If I was rating it as a song in general I'd give it a solid 7, but as a GG song, comparing to other awesome GG songs, I'd be a 4, ...maybe.

Also.........what was the point of this Mini Album if they are going to turn around and release a Full Album? A waste. Well it would be a waste if any of these songs were worth a garsh darn thing. If these are the type of songs we can expect, they NEED to take a break. Their Korean tracks ALWAYS suck. Then they go hard for Japan. Isn't that backwards? Good fuck Tiffany needs to enroll herself in singing lessons again. She's never been a good technical singer from the beginning, but damn is it obvious her technique became shitty. Sounds as though she's drawing breath from throat instead of her diaphragm.
On a positive note, listening to the Mr.Mr. mini was an enjoyable experience. Definitely on my to buy list. |

But Tiffany's scream in the end was awful... This thread is the only place I see more people who doesn't love Tiffany. Most people I speak to love her to death... I can't stand Tiffany, I just can't. I love all the other 8 members, but Tiffany... there's something about her vocals and personality that I just can't stand. I know she's not a bad person, but the way she acts I during the performances I just can't >_< |

Yoona was always my favorite since 2008 because she was the first member that stood out for me back then and I loved her in You Are My Destiny! Not only that but I love the shape of her head! I'm starting to like Seohyun because she always has the best lines in every song :)

i heard stuff about her and sica most of the time back then, when i just got to know them since Gee.. been reading bashings/bad comments/all those negative things about her and sica.. but know what, that's actually made me like her EVEN MORE, i was just curious why people hate her? specially the other fandoms, i don't know, but i certainly don't see the way how she acted that made people hate her, and reading fanaccounts about her meeting her fans, she was super nice, she smiled all the time etc..
