Voyage, Close to you, Virgin Road are better if you talk about wedding songs from ayu. IMO. |
I don't like the song but the PV isn't bad. I'd say a bit of a step up from her recent videos. It's not the type of PV I like or would watch over and over but it's well done.

I'm really happy to see the views raising day after day! The GIFT is about to hit the 330,000 mark :) I wish she could perform the song on TV, that'd definitely help the sales since it seems they're enjoying the song.

I'm not in love with the song, but I don't hate it. It might grow on me.. Compared to other Ayu wedding songs, this is more a wedding song if you want played for a more traditional and stuffy wedding.
I think Ayu look beautiful here in the P/V, I was really impressed with her vocals on the track, I feel like its her best in quite some time. The P/V is just really boring. Did JJ two time the other woman and marry Ayu instead? |

And her English sounds good now (in the making-of)! Yay Ayu! I like how English is becoming the language that helps artists from different countries communicate with each other. It makes the work easier (so it seems) and I think there is better chemistry between the people since it's easier to understand what is going on in both parties. Also, I love the sped up version more. Though her vibrato is more pronounced and kind of gets in the way of this "remix". |

The song is definitely growing on me. So cute, innocent, optimistic, hopeful, and thankful. A great wedding song. JJ, however, is not, and will not, be growing on me. LOL thank God he's not singing on the track.

There's two things I learned while re watching the pv
1. Ayu pronounced the I in gift more like in the English way than the Japanese way. 2. JJ seems to be actually playing the piano. Reminding me of the 2chan backlash when singer songwriter and gifted musician Amuro Namie mimed the piano in Let Me Let You Go. |
