It has to do with the numbers in the title. When there are so many numbers in it it shows up as 'badly tagged'.
At least that's my experiance with it. ...Kind of irritating.

Indeed kind of annoying. =/ LOL, can it even handle track titles that consist solely of numbers? I had a few avant-garde CDs a while back that had titles like '0101000011', lol. Pretty odd anyway. =/ It's solved though, I noticed I already had the files, but with different tags and those did register. XD Thanks for your reply!

Just when I wanted to make a group to promote the use of user images, I found this group. Sadly, it doesn't have many members yet, so I hope it grows and that everyone will start using user images! You are on Cluster 2, about a month ago that cluster had some big technical/hardware problem. Last Fm admins upgraded all users on Cluster 2 as a "sorry for the inconvenience" gift. :D You'll be a subscriber until January 1st 2006.

Is there a group that does artist images? Some of the tracks I have are by relatively unknown groups (going by the number of "people recently listened to"), and they don't have images or enough votes for the images that were uploaded.

Now that you mentioned it, I think that there is indeed a group like that. I remember coming across a thread at one point where people would vote for eachother's artist images - I'm not sure where I read this though. I'll try and find the link again!

I don't understand how you put your weekly top artists/tracks in an image and put it in a sig..(like a lot of people here) can someone explain that? the FAQ's on the site make little sense to me..

i've been experiencing that aswell. I think it's because they had the network problems :(

They had an error message up on the site saying there's a problem with their site or something or rather earlier.

But the songs you play should be cached and sent over once their server is fixed.

It's nice that last.fm's 'Listened to albums' thing is finally working. Though it's disappointing how alot of foreign albums or relatively newer albums (well, even ones released months ago) doesn't have the cover artwork.

Anyone know if their album listings are actually created by the material the users listen to or not? Because I tried to couldn't register albums previously not on their site by listening to them. :rolleyes

I'm not sure where the album info is coming from exactly (although I believe it's MusicBrainz) but I do know that Last.fm has no influence on the album covers or tracklists. I guess it's a matter of who submits it first or something. Pretty weird though, and it doesn't always work right.

The new last.fm layout is designed so badly it's not funny. It's not even wide enough to read most of the track titles if you go to charts.

It's being sooo slow for me!

All I know is you have to install certain plug-in that match with your player and enable it.
Then copy+paste the tag image url to your sig or your site.

What's with the Taste-o-meter thing? It only picks out a handful of artists and gives me "SUPER" compatibility with other users when most of the artists listed aren't even in my top 50. >_>
