MissElin_ 1st August 2009 06:00 AM

Well. like I sad yesterday (but not here) it was pretty much as expected. I enjoyed it. It made me silly summerish happy. Simply as that. ^^ I'm all fine with it. Summery Humming 7/4.

okay I see. So then I suppose that the people felt very lucky.

Ok, I haven't worked as an extra in Japan (yet), but these are the general standards for it. You can not talk to the artist at all unless they speak to you first. Absolutely no pictures or autographs. Being on a set is treated as a work environment, not a fan gathering. Extras are usually kept in a separate holding room (often times for hours) while the shoot is set up and they go through things like closeups and what not. Then the extras are brought in - you are placed and not allowed to leave your specific place. They give instructions for how they want you to act and then shoot the film. Then reset(which can take forever) wait wait wait and do it all over again a hundred times. :) Like I said, usually its at least 8 hours of waiting around and doing nothing. Honestly, most of the people probably have seen and interacted more with Ayu at concerts than at the shoot. :) I'm sure most fans do it just to be able to say that they were in an Ayumi PV, but I often find that most people don't even realize that what they are doing is an actual paid job. I remember I was an extra for the NBC show American Dreams several times and one day this girl who had won a contest to be an extra on the show was on set. She was so excited, but didn't seem to realize at all that what she had won a contest to do, we were all getting paid to do the exact same thing. :) Poor girl, it was like just go join Central Casting and you can be onset all the time and get paid for it, haha.

Well, at least I can say that I would never do a job for free that I know is supposed to be paid work.(no matter what the job is or if its with a celebrity I like) But that is probably because I know what extremely boring and tedious work being an extra is. Still though, this is really just a side point to the actual PV. :)

Also an additional reason for me is to just LOL at Ayu's expressions~

Exactly. It really makes me wonder why Kazuyoshi and Ishii are getting the grand concept PVs, while lately the only PV work Wataru has done for her is performance videos. It would be much better the other way around.

Well, at least according to the TA member that went the Heyx3 shooting, they weren't allowed to keep the towels.

The CM is very bright too actually.

This white light thing, IS actually there. Really, her closeup shots are done differently than the rest of it - if you compare screenshots you can see the filter that was used on her closeups quite clearly.

Psst, he's been doing her concert background videos, which explains why they've been so good, haha. See taskinst and so on. I don't get why she can't carry that over to her PVs though..

stepYOU1234 1st August 2009 06:46 AM

Her actions were really like the Fly High pv which I love! It really did remind me of that. Even the hair and how she looks. Obviously no real storyline, but it made me feel genuinely happy/warm/fuzzy which I think was the idea.
That location is really nice! I'm glad she is getting out of studios again and doing more locations.
The dancers don't irritate me so much here. Because if they are going to be in PVs, this is the kind of context I imagine it should be. They used to only really pop up in summer PVs I think?
And she is really loving those boots right now. I think they are the ones she wears for the lives??
(Sidenote, I have just realised that I really do like this song)

truehappiness 1st August 2009 06:49 AM

She wears knee high boots for the lives.

And the first summer PV to really feature the dancers was fairyland.. which started a new breed of PV.. oi..

Meat Pao 1st August 2009 06:51 AM

The PV was okay, imo. It's summery and all but it was hard for me to sit through watching the whole thing :P

YotaLM21 1st August 2009 06:59 AM

Ok, I think it lacks a lot of energy :s even Humming PV is way better because they focused on the fans dancing and doing crazy stuff, while in Sunrise they are somekind of background....

The choreography is really lame, some Zin boy is loosing his powers...

Plus, the hair is terrible, why so much effort on looking like a dumb girl? be the beautiful woman you are!!!!

Glitter is the ULTIMATE happy summer song.

The PV isn't anything special, but it fills the 'happy summer video' brief and Ayu looks good. Why no close ups of the very excited fans? I'm sick of these dancers. I want someone to file a restraining order to keep Kazuyoshi and all of the dancers away from Ayumi.
I have a question about this white light. Clearly the sky in the video is grey and we know it had rained on the previous shooting day so, could the reason behind the white light is to hide the non-summery weather conditions on the day of the shoot and not just hiding the nonexistent wrinkles Ayu has?

Definitely not. Ayu would only do such a thing to make herself younger. I mean she is almost at the age where her amniotic fluid rots. :rolleyes
[/sarcasm]

I do actually think that that's a good possibility. And one people will have overlooked in their attempts to bash everything she does. :) I agree with you.

SunshineSlayer 1st August 2009 07:08 AM

^ I don't know if its really to hide wrinkles or not. :) But like I said, if you watch the video closely, there is a difference between the look of her closeup shots and the far shots. The edges of the shots are faded and the middle brightened. It only occurs in those shots and not the whole video. Truehappiness posted a good shot of it at JPM.

I don't know what JPM is but I just watched the video twice and everything and everyone looks washed-out to me. Maybe the reason Ayu looks more washed out is because she is the closest to the camera?
I just don't understand how she could age so significantly between Sparkle and this and thus require this kind of technique to hide her age. Anyhow, I doubt any of the Sunrise performances at any shows will be altered so that's when people will be able to judge.

SunshineSlayer 1st August 2009 07:22 AM

^ Like I said, who knows if its done for age reasons or not. But its visible from the very first shot of Ayu - if you notice the edge of the screen is faded/discolored, then when it switches to a farther shot the edges are normal again. It happens throughout the video whenever it cuts from a closeup to a far shot.

amorphose 1st August 2009 07:39 AM

I liked it. I thought it was cute and fit the song very well. :) If Sunset and the music video turn out to be good as well, then this will have been her best single in quite a long time for me!

I agree with this. I thought the PV had an interesting set, I really love it. But overall, I thought it was quite boring.
Well, maybe I should say that differently: I was dissapointed by the fact there weren't more different scenes. You know what I mean?

If Sunset is gonna be like that I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep my eyes open. Nevertheless, I still love Ayu.

sugarbasil 1st August 2009 08:47 AM

I liked it. :) I didn't think it was great, or even very good, but it entertained me and I felt happy after watching it. It was fun, summery, and Ayu looked super natural in it. She wasn't overacting or oversinging; she was just being naturally Ayu like she would at a concert. That's what I most liked about it. :)

I was greatly annoyed by her dancers, though. :irked The mics on them didn't bother me, it was their "WTF????" dancing. It was like the most silly dancing I have ever seen them do. I couldn't stop laughing whenever I saw them dance!! And the second Shuya jumped in and made that CRAZY expression I nearly peed my pants. :laugh

Wasn't it "INSPIRE"? To me those PVs had dancers because of dancing, though. Now it seems more like she is dancing in her PVs, because of the dancers.

I really like it. ^^ It gave me a joyful feeling. She's SO CUTE. :heart The outfit and hairstyle, too. And I like that despite the dancers being there, too, it focuses mainly on ayu, who performs freely and lets the dancers do the choreography. Though I agree that they should have shown more of the audience.
As for the lightening, I wonder if it was done to increase the look of a sunny summer day rather than making her seem younger. Could be both, though. lol
Sorry if something similar was already posted, I didn't go through all the posts.

Calico 1st August 2009 09:07 AM

It was nice...but really, really boring.

I agree, I really wanted to see way more shots of the fans. To me this PV seemed like it should've been more about them, especially after the hubaloo of getting them there. I did like the ending though when she thanked them and they all chanted her name. Reminded m of her concerts. XD

tenshi no hane 1st August 2009 09:08 AM

I actually like it ^-^ The setting, her looks, the editing are great <3 And she didn't make those strange overly expressive facial expressions, that alone makes me happy xD

sugarbasil 1st August 2009 09:33 AM

I wonder if not being in the PV much or getting to see Ayu (speculative) or getting anything at all (speculative) made the TA fans bitter and like her less......

Aga-chan 1st August 2009 09:40 AM

^Well, there's also "Sunset". Maybe we'll see more of the audience there, because there might be less going on performance-wise. Like no jumping and the like. And there are also the making of's.
Just being picked among such a huge amount of applications is already a success.

Corvina 1st August 2009 09:42 AM

Hm, it's ok, but quite boring.
Like expected.

Pros:
-Ayu looks stunning. I love her hair and the white lightning makes her pale and Ayu looks much better pale than with tan.
-The setting is gorgeous. All those platforms and stages.. really nice.

Cons:
-Where are the fans? Seriously you can barely notice them til the end if you don't know there are that much fans in the PV. There needn't be close ups of the fans but much more scenes with the platforms and the fans cheering would have done wonders for the atmosphere.
And yes I'd love close ups of the fans just because to see how happy they're to be there and near Ayu.
-Her dancers are getting too much attention. Especially at the end when there are so many with Ayu on one platform. o.O
Just two or three with her are enough. And why the mics? It seems to me they're just singin along not singing the background chorus.
-Where's the choreography? Ayu hasn't any, the dancers just a little. And that's all? Weren't there supposed to be a choreography? That's weird...

I'm kind of sad that Ayu is that much seperated from her fans. She loves her fans and likes to be with them (just like at the airports). I don't know.
But overall the PV is nice, Ayu is happy and it's a summer song, so~

And just a thought, but the days before the PV shooting it rained, right? So maybe the white lightning is to pretend there's sun.

prussian blue 1st August 2009 09:43 AM

i just found that her hair is pretty nice. the whole PV is summer-ish, but thats all, just nice. i cant say that the whole thing is very interesting, but looking at her smiling and the energy she presented, i really felt very warm

U-GO-BOY 1st August 2009 09:44 AM

^I think Sunset PV will just be her alone..

njanjayrp 1st August 2009 09:46 AM

I think the PV is ok, it's fun and fits the song. I think the dancers + headsets was, well, not really needed. I watched it a couple of time last night~ And well yeah the extreme white lightning is quite obvious XD I can only hope the DVD ver. will look slightly better and clearer of course, as after all I wasn't happy with the quality of the rip ^^

YuriChan 1st August 2009 09:52 AM

It's genki! <3 I mean... It was energetic! ^^ She looks ADORABLE in this PV!!! :heart :heart The only complaint I have about it is that it's too bright! (X_X);;;

SURREAL__RAINBOW 1st August 2009 09:53 AM

I actually prefer this kind of pvs, than really crazy stuff like sparkle... at least in this pv she gets to be AYU and not some kind of sexy wanna be :S

I'm really happy with this ^^ hopefully sunset is gonna be the pick of this single *0*

norain 1st August 2009 10:16 AM

I thought it was absolutely boring. I only watched through it because ayumi was in it...it was so hard to watch to me because it was BORRINGGG....

yeah...

ayu_fantasy 1st August 2009 10:27 AM

Simple but she looks bubbly and cute.. :)

HanabiChick 1st August 2009 10:33 AM

It's the usual summer PV with Ayu and her dancers bouncing around together, but at least there's no freaky expressions, and everyone looks more relaxed. The song still sounds a bit unfinished though, was a bit disappointed with that.

Qt Mashi 1st August 2009 11:26 AM

I didn't like it the first time watching it but after watching it the 3rd time I'm really happy with it!

Ayu looks and moves natural which reminds me of her old lives where she didn't have to dance and pull faces and still be entertaining.

the setting was bright and her fans wore colourful clothes, Ayu looked so cute!!

but if Ayu did another one of this PV i'd be disappointed!

Thank god Wataru Takeshi is back! one of my fav directors!

bluegie 1st August 2009 11:35 AM

I dun really know if getting more air time for the fans mean anything at all. I mean, all the hypes about TA members participate in the pv are kinda built up in this forum, not in the general public. Probly even the fans in Japan don't get the hype about it, because sometimes ayu or teamayu do invite them to participate in pvs/lives/etc. Of course getting more shots of the fans' platforms may give another feeling to the pv, but I dun really think the fans will get upset for not getting enough shots...

Hydeki 1st August 2009 11:36 AM

Well, it is a bit disappointing for me because beside the party scene what we saw in the preview, I was expecting something meaningful... but nothing appeared. Although is a funny PV, it was hard to me to watch the entire video.

What hullabaloo? I swear, outside of AHS and some other forums, no one really knew that they were doing it with TeamAyu members, haha.

AyUmIXx 1st August 2009 12:57 PM

i love the PV..
even though it's very simple..and i love the building they're using... (where is that anyway, maybe one day if i'm in Japan, i wanna go there)
love to see when the camera captures around the building and seeing lots of fans waving the towel...it's so great!!

JinHamasaki 1st August 2009 01:46 PM

Well, I understand there is an effect, but I think the CM version is much more bearable than what we have now.

http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/9181/22864270.png

I think it would be really cool if "Sunset" had photo snapshots of Ayu with TA and her dancers (kinda like the end of fairyland, without the burning!). If Ayu is just singing in the sunset with some female dancers for ~5 minutes....it's gonna be a long 5 minutes.

Blasterion 1st August 2009 02:39 PM

It's a nice PV and so Energetic!
I feel a bit bad for the TA members..they were so far away!
and more for the ones who were blocked by part of the structure lol

but it looked like they were having lots of fun ^^

i find the ending part a bit......off-PV-standard...? before she said "domo arigatou" the sound was fading but then after tt we can hear the cheering & everything....

it's like they cut off the "concert-part" & dubbed it with the song then later they put back the *concert-part* again.
for the sake of making it PV-ish instead of concert-ish..?
idk hahaha

Yeah, but they were just dancing and there was not much focus on them. In "INSPIRE" they kinda had their first "acting roles". lol

waterballoon 1st August 2009 05:28 PM

Actually... Sunset had the TA members too... watch the CM, you can see them towards the end doing some arm-waving motion.

Also, about the wrinkles... I don't get why she would want to "cover" them here when clearly in Days we could see her wrinkles when she was smiling and crying...

polka-dot-jewel 1st August 2009 06:21 PM

lol The TA members were FREE extras - as someone who's been a free extra in a motion picture, I did not expect to see many closeups of the TA members. This video is to promoto Ayu's new single, not Ayu + TA members. True, we didn't see many closeups, but with the side and wide views, you could clearly see how many there were, and boy were there a lot of them! Plus, you could see her interacting with them. And, we'll probably see more of an interaction in the making of.

And we haven't even seen Sunset yet. Because of how emotional it is, maybe we'll see more of a reaction from the TA members in that video.

Pieces_of_SEVEN 1st August 2009 06:31 PM

I was also hoping for something epic like fairyland
but I still love it
looking forward to Sunset

It could be any number of reasons. Could be the director, could be Avex, could be Ayu that wanted it etc. It probably wasn't even necessary but it could just be insecurity - like girls who are incredibly skinny that always think they are fat. Same thing with all the over photoshopping we've been seeing lately. Bottom line is, they did alter the closeup shots of her compared to the shots for the rest of the video. As to why? Who knows.

polka-dot-jewel: a free extra? What kind of movie was it? Because as far as I know, all official MPAA SAG affiliated movies are required to pay their extras.

cool. a pv of ayu doing nothing but standing on a platform, lipsyncing to a crowd of ta members

how big was the budget for this single, really?

Insanes 1st August 2009 07:47 PM

Probably as big as it usually is. The money just isn't being spent in ways that satisfy fans, I guess.

lol at having my comment deleted. the sunset pv is obviously going to be like a slowed down version of sunrise. I bet it's the "after party" while sunrise is the "party".

truehappiness 1st August 2009 08:25 PM

Well, rather than the afterparty, it's more like the July 1st at a-nation.. everyone's waving their arms around slowly the ballady sound.. haha. A soothing closing to the party, I guess? [and aren't afterparties usually as wild as the parties themselves?!]

It was the Hannah Montana movie XD There are two types of extras - the ones that are paid and credited, and the ones that aren't paid or credited. I was a free extra. I really don't remember how the process was done (my friend invited me since she had an extra ticket and I was a legal adult then), but they basically gave out these tickets to anyone who applied and wanted to be a part of the movie. The paid extras and regular actors all had to go through an audition process, if I remember correctly.

Totally off topic, I know. :) Almost all extras are uncredited, but they are still paid. Very few extras actually show up in the credits of things - those are the featured extras and they get paid more than regular extras do. Auditioning to be an extra is very rare and its usually only for featured extras. I've never been credited for anything I've been an extra in, but I've always been paid. It seems you basically did the same thing that TA members did - got in from some kind of fan thing.

SheFliesHigher 1st August 2009 09:31 PM

It looked like a live performance. If I wanted to see a live performance, I'd watch HEYHEYHEY or a concert, but I like my PVs to be more theatrical and artsy. Ergo, I'm not a fan of this PV, and the song isn't wowing me, either. But I'll give it some time.

I understand that you are shure that she wanted to look younger... Nothing against it... But could u just don't say it like it was a fact?

There are better ways of fixing someone's face on video, and she just used this filter THIS time... when she starts using it for every video she does, that will be more likelly true

Boring, but nice. Needed closer shots of the TA members, cos it made them look fake only have those distance shots.

Looks like Sunset is going to be the same thing, just at sunset with the female dancers. Will probably be worse than this...

Also - the song has been slightly remastered. More "shiny" and clear, you can tell by the synth sounds. It's not exactly the same as the leaked mp3.

pchan1986 2nd August 2009 06:33 AM

i just saw her sing, the dancers, and a flash of the TA members (which i thought was lame cuz i didnt realli see them that clearly). truthfully tho, i liked it. not WOW but okay. the only fix up i would recommend would be more shots other than the stage, clear view of her fans (come on, they were there for a reason), her hair? it looked like the right side was shaved but it wasnt. im asking too much but thats wat i think shouldve been done. shes still goegeous tho <3

ayu_ready? 2nd August 2009 10:27 AM

haven't watched it yet, but as I have seen from the CM, I'm not going to like it
looks really cheap to me

this white filter thingy is ridiculous. wouldn't it be better to spend more money on a nice lightning equipment or smth?

oh, yeah, and I hate ayu's dancers, you may kill me, but I hate them, because I've had enough of them for these 2 years, it just gets so horribly annoying, you can't pretend :)

what I wanted to say more...this scene she was standing at, I've seen it in one recent PV of artist miray (gyaru)

so it wasn't built specially

KuroixShiroi_Namida 2nd August 2009 11:57 AM

It's so fun and lighthearted. Fab.

sitara 2nd August 2009 12:44 PM

same opinion - not enough fans!! D:
if they bothered with TA fans coming over for this video, there should be more closeups! otherwise it could have been anybody they picked up from the street.

aah boring.

Love Appears 2nd August 2009 12:51 PM

I could barely watch it all the way through. :/

Beachy scene is pretty.
But it just doesn't go anywhere.

It's like fairyland without a plot or something.

PEARL 2nd August 2009 01:23 PM

1 word.
rocks

kirei_ayumi 2nd August 2009 01:27 PM

I love it! its very fun and happy-go-lucky

Same thing with all the over photoshopping we've been seeing lately. Bottom line is, they did alter the closeup shots of her compared to the shots for the rest of the video. As to why? Who knows.

Actually, I kinda realized Days is the first PV where her wrinkles actually are that obvious. Maybe she watched it and realized that or something... or maybe someone like Max or whoever commented that she should like cover them up or whatever the next time? *shrug*

@polkadotjewel: lol I hope you're not, but lol free extra = a fan. omg I can't believe you would even allow yourself to be considered a Miley Cyrus fan! (no offense to her fans though...)

Aisha_Angel 2nd August 2009 06:10 PM

What wrinkles are you guys talking about? Her skin was flawless in Days.

The only thing I saw wrong with Ayu's body was her sudden lack of an ass and a scar on the side of her forearm in this video. The white lighting just made her look like...like a Pillsbury Dough-Girl with a dead plant on her head.

IMO, they probably would've done the fairyland-y thing if they hadn't done the live performance-y aspect.

And fairyland SO didn't have a plot. "Let's have fun!" => Oh no, our house is on fire. RUN!!! => Let's play in the water => "Awww."

foxhana 2nd August 2009 09:58 PM

looks like she is going american....................... i hate this pv. sunrise and sunset is at the same set. her boobs look over pushed up in the cover too... and overly ash hair? But hey, I might get the colour some day hahahahaha

Really is sunrise and sunset all about concrete with too little fans(or maybe worries of over weight on the concrete), shouldn't it be more about the beach and stuff, or maybe she has done hat so many times she should be dancing in the resort rooftop garden looking at sunset or something, with bbq, and cocktails.

I don't even remember how the song goes after listening to it. Did anyone has this? >_<

truehappiness 3rd August 2009 01:28 AM

Sounds like you went into the song hating it, which has the effect of not remembering the song after listening, so yeah.

Going American? She's had PVs like this before, so what's the difference? And being about concrete? I don't think you get the point of the videos.. oi. It's a live performance-y setting like a-nation, with less distance between her and the fans [compared to a-nation]~

I think Sunset might be better since it'll be our first exposure to the song..

Aisha_Angel 3rd August 2009 02:30 AM

Why is it that you always assume someone went in hating the song, truhappiness? Some people try to give things a SECOND chance after the PV comes out.

Chibi_Venus 3rd August 2009 04:44 AM

Pros:
-Well, it was the first time I heard this song besides the commerical. (Okay, I heard previews, but I barely remember them.) So that was a definite plus. :)
-The beach scenes were very nice. I've missed them.
-It's kind of reminiscent of "Fly high," which is almost touching.
-It isn't directed by (Kazuyoshi). lol Seriously, that man would have made her stage presence look horrifying. ><

Cons:
-The whole backup dancers/singers thing. ...what? :P
-Way too white. It can get blinding, lol. I understand trying to make it sunny, but because it's on a stage outside, it's even BRIGHTER.

yoshino 3rd August 2009 06:34 AM

I love the song, but not really the concept of Ayu singing 'live' in her pvs.
The scenery is ok for me. but if onli they could show more of her TA fans. I dun like the male dances behind her. lolz. I think it can be more summery feel. Indeed I still like Fairyland pv more. There's Ayu dancing n the scenery is definitely way better. 'Live' perf in pv still can't win pvs with storylines that are more depth to it.
Oh and I love how I can see Ayu's tattoo in the pv. hahaz.

russn 3rd August 2009 06:46 AM

decent pv.

vampireknightzero 3rd August 2009 07:36 AM

It's an okay pv, i do enjoy it

Andali 3rd August 2009 07:49 AM

it was fun, but I thought very Western. I like Ayu's arty PVs.

ayu_ready? 3rd August 2009 09:03 AM

okay, I say the PV kinda didn't make me love it or hate it, it left zero impression and I felt very indifferent towards it

I didn't like the song from the beggining, but Ayu's PVs sometimes make you like song. this one just left me feeling blank. I'm not interested in watching it again too

Ayu's hair was to imitate wet beach hair but it didn't look pretty
her shoes were hilarious, though her outfit was so nice, but probably it should have been another color

the stage was cool. I already posted I hate her dancers. they with mics looked very stupid. then, the ahem *choreography* was so hilarious too! because they just jumped with towels? I was like, WTF? it may be good for Mini Moni, but for a mature woman? it doesn't look kawaii at all

I'm not insisting on showing every fan out of 300 people, but at least maybe showing the crowd more to get the feeling

so I felt blank watching it, then I felt annoyed, because they continue-ously (did I post it right? haha) showed Ayu & her dancers jumping with towels for nearly 3 min or more...it looked so stupid, no, really

as far as I got it, the PV was to imitate upcoming a-nation and Ayulive
hmm, well, I think it didn't make it

I'm not going to read through every comment but I certainly hope no one thought that this was built for the PV...

That structure is obviously concrete and metal. All of that, including zoning and other building issues, would be a mega massive multi-million dollar project lol.

___

PV was lame. Didn't even show her fans. Zoomed in more on her MC Hammer crew. Awful dancers (although I've seen Maro dance in a video without Ayumi influence and was really good...). She looked plastic.

Works perfect with the cover.

RPGames 3rd August 2009 07:59 PM

Its cute but sorta boring! Same scene entire time lol. What else did Wataru direct?

exactly what i thought, because I hadn't really heard the songs before (the recording on youtube did not help at all), i was hoping that I would like it when I watched the PV, but nooooooooooooooooo. and Sunrise and Sunset are on the same set, the same thing, the same mic, same dancers and same audience.

Well, agree. But while fairyland didn't exactly have a "plot", it had something going on in comparison to Sunrise.
I don't know. I don't want to hate on it too much. It was more engaging for me than say, Humming 7/4, and I like the song a lot more than when I first heard it. I just feel like some beautiful scenery was wasted on mediocre focus/direction for the PV.

Jason 3rd August 2009 10:08 PM

When I saw the previews for the Sunrise (and Sunset) PV I knew it wasn't going to be much. Well yeah, nothing really does happens :/ I was a bit dissapointed and I really didn't feel like watching it again after the first time.

The song itself is one of her better summer songs, imo. So it's good that I think it's a great pop song because the PV really does nothing for it and to be honest, I'm not really looking forward to the Sunset PV either lol

That's what I've been feeling about her PV's lately too. I still like her PVs a lot, but they just don't feel as... special? as they used to. :/

maze 4th August 2009 02:32 AM

so boring D:

JinHamasaki 4th August 2009 03:07 AM

why is everyone comparing this to fairyland? fairyland budget = $2 mil, Sunrise ~LOVE is ALL~ = something like $200k XD

Aisha_Angel 4th August 2009 03:26 AM

^LMAO...Not even 200K. Britney's Slave 4 U video was like 88K and that video was 1,000,000 times better than this.

rakeru 4th August 2009 03:30 AM

^ such heresy!

anyway, i feel the same way about it as i do the other "mic"/party PVs (Fly high, Humming 7/4, etc). fun and charming, but depth preferred.

Budget doesn't necessarily have anything to do with quality. If you have a good concept, the budget is secondary.

But I didn't say that. I just stated that's what the opinion was on 2ch. All I stated as fact was that a filter is only used on her close ups and not the far shots. People can draw their own conclusions from that.

rainydayumi 4th August 2009 07:32 AM

i dont know what to say.. :( i just saw the pv and its so simple and normal.. i wish it was more original like the marioette pv..

that's greatness.

They're the worst part of the video imo.

Polyrhythm 4th August 2009 07:43 AM

I don't have a problem with the white light. I really dont care if it make's Ayu look younger or w/e, I just like that it makes the whole scene very bright...like a fun summer day should be. It just sets the right tone.

C+R+E+AYUMI 4th August 2009 08:06 AM

#1 energyfull and summerish :yes

#2 ayu doesn't act, no fishlips or sexy poses, she's natural and gorgeous :yes

#3 I like the light, the outfits, the location and the hairstyle :yes

#4 TA members don't appear too much :no

#5 a little bit repeatitive, but's ok :yes
