Why does it sound like vogue?!...vogue is wayyy happier sounding than Don't look back. I get the In The Corner vibe because it's midtempo and, well the beat is kinda similar. I guess Ayu wanted to make another song similar to that since the Japanese actually loved the song so much.

I have a feeling the change in melody into a higher one isnt part of the lower chorus. If u hear clearly, Ayu's voice fades into the backkground at that change...So I have a feeling the actual chorus may just end there...as in, the song in the CM is editted like how GREEN was. Regardless, it's quite a nice song...gotta hear the full one before final judgement...it cna become a pretty slick song.
It gives me the vibe a kinda song played at the matador LOL...doesnt that fit with the Circus theme ahhaha

It even sounds like she reached out for some "vogue" essence (as far as the instrumentals are concerned). Ayu is true to her word! I couldn't be more excited! Now that I've listened to the preview a number of times, the music has a concept that I find "similar" to Duty's (the strings and the bass) (of course I am not saying that the songs sound similar) ~ I am really loving these 30 secs <3

There is nothing arabic about it, Shimatani's GATE III album was partially inspired by arabic music, try listening to Akai sabaku no Densetsu, this is nothing like it.

Actually the arrangement reminds me the arrangement from that song erm... "Big In Japan".
