It is not unnecessarily showy and so on, simple and eye catchy! It works!

Just 2 little things that "bother" me:
-the color is reminiscent of avex logo
-the little thin vertical line at the bottom of the "a" distract me a little bit. It could be better without it (symetry of the shapes) but the logo may lose some readability?
