^Thank-you.

I'm glad this single is doing well. Even though Urata isn't my favourite from AAA, I'm glad he can start his solo-career off nicely. I hope AAA keeps going strong, though. ♥

Oh, that is good :)

Nackar_91 23rd December 2010 01:07 PM

Haha, I was expecting something like this to happen. Huge pre-order numbers because of Ayu fans pre-ordering it with Love Songs XD

brener 23rd December 2010 01:33 PM

omg, only 8,5k for the second day :XX I thought of something around 15k

aqua_crystal 23rd December 2010 02:09 PM

Getting Ayu to sing the song with him was one of the best ideas he could ever have had. And it helped him steal #1. Good for him! The song's great too.

Anyway, we know who really drove the single to the top~ So congratulations to them both. :yes

Yeah, it seems the japanese love this style of music. doesn't hurt it that it has that boyband-feel to the music, which is what seems to sell heaps over there.

To assume the only reason that this single sold well is because of ayu is just plan dumb. Although this is Naoya first solo single he's been part of AAA for five years. Its not as though he's a completely brand new artist. Two friends of mine are studying in Japan have told me that although ayu is part of this single its only lending a little bit of hype; people really don't give a stuff that she's part of the single. But there are plenty of people that support AAA and Naoya. All the sales aren't just because of ayu.

Also I know I posted in my last comment that the sales are higher than most AAA stuff, but AAA have been selling extremely well lately so these sales I think reflect on that too

That can only be proven or disproved with his next single.

SpiceSquad! 23rd December 2010 05:55 PM

wow... suprisingly well.. i didn't expect too much on this one..

the song is not what i want.. lack of beat and power..

rakeru 23rd December 2010 06:34 PM

What a drop in one day! :laugh Hey, if it's #1, that's pretty good.

adantatu2 24th December 2010 01:31 AM

shizukanaotoko 24th December 2010 02:29 AM

I must admit I thought this song was kind of dumb at first but now it's totally grown on me :) Ayu and Naoya did a good job and the sales are reflecting that~

If Ayu wasn't the producer probably the single wouldn't have all the promotion, that good PV and everything

Why? This isn't an Ayu single, it can't possibly sell more than 50k.

There were two twin sisters from jpm who said that people could decide if they wanna cheer for Ayu or Naoya on CDTV and the majority of people chose to cheer for Ayu. Naoya's solo album flopped badly as even though AAA's fan base is slowly growing (<3) people generally don't care that much about him. His solo album sales display how much he is in fact (ir)relevant. And this isn't any higher than AAA's stuff, they sell around 40-50k during the first week. So you can bet that this single is only selling because there is Ayu in it and the sales are quite weak nevertheless.
