Avex is bigger cause korean sales are mediocre in comparison with japanese sales

^ But that's because of the industry as a whole, SME's first boyband, H.O.T used to sell over 1 million copies an album in the 90's .. but physical album sales in Korean declined because of internet piracy and because most people in SK now buy albums via online music stores .. SM artists are always on top of digital sales charts and physical sales, even of they don't sell much when you compare it to Japan.

you can search AVEX and SME... obviously AVEX... AVEX is an international label while SME is only for korean label.

What is SME? I thought it was Sony Music Entertainment for the longest time, but clearly I'm wrong. Plus, if that was the case, Sony is much bigger :P
