i heard some where that being the last performer in japanese show is a pride for an artist n showing the prominence...

we used to watch her as the last performer since the anation starts...
n now it's replaced all in sudden...

so she was opening act in Kouhaku for 4 years (correct me if i'm wrong)
so it' doesn't matter as long as she gives us a WOW performances ^^

i wouldn't mind ayu not being the last performer for a-nation. but this year is a-nation 10th anniversary. shouldn't they give ayu some face and let her be the last artist to perform for the 10th time?
and i really want to watch July 1st performance now since she is not performing alone!

I think it was the long schedule of PCDL that kicked her to the opening act instead.

But yeah, it doesn't matter much. Although it does give an impression of Ayu "letting go". She said before she have felt like a mother of a-nation since she's been there from the start. Maybe she's giving away her last place in the spotlight to other artists due of mother-like feelings... :P

and Yes, it's wierd that a-nation doesn't end with July 1st/Boys & Girls. They are the best songs of all the performed a-nation songs to close a-nation or summer or a summer show.

Ayu being not last is a publicity stunt by Avex, they know the amount of Korean entertainment in Japan is a hot topic so putting them over the queen of Jpop will generate a lot of discussion and debate in the press. Beside maybe Ayu had to go somewhere.
