I believe his name is Ward Sexton. He also does the voice announcements for MUSIC STATION and is thanked in Ayu's special thanks section of her albums~

WOW, he did that one monologue before the Transformers: Dark of the Moon movie and trailers for Tangled. Talk about strange places to hear the voice that says "AYUMI HAMASAKI.... NEW MINI ALBUM... FIVE"!

He's been working as a voice actor since 1985 so I imagine he might be in his 40s or 50s? His birthday isn't really on the Internet but he kinda looks like that, don't you think?
