Yeah, ayuuk, stop worrying. :)

Everything will work out, one way or another. :D

Aderianu 5th April 2012 04:43 PM

so? where is your box now?

ayuuk 5th April 2012 08:06 PM

Sigh... still "investigating"

Dunno what to do...

Pieces_of_SEVEN 7th April 2012 06:27 PM

^^STILL?? It has been about a week now, if not more! You should email them again...definitely express your anger, frustration, and disappointment with their services and their customer service.

ayuuk 8th April 2012 03:14 PM

^I emailed them again, but I have still not heard from them. Amazon sucks.

AYUmyQUEEN 8th April 2012 08:36 PM

aww im sorry to hear about this :( i ordered my box from Amazon too and it was delayed also... but mine was eventually shipped and arrived at my house before the end of March :D There must be some sort of problem now... i hope everything works out

Ayumi_lover 8th April 2012 08:52 PM

My RnRC box was sent back to Japan by our FedEx and actually amazon.co.jp refunded me everything INCLUDING shipment charges. It's so strange to hear that you're having problems with them

PS Just like Aderianu said previously
PSS They're really doing an investigation, in my case it was also near week or so, but my box was also stuck here at that moment. When they got it back, they refunded me immediately, though it has taken near 5 working days to reach my bank, but it's a usual thing when it comes to refunds.

ayuuk 8th April 2012 09:29 PM

^So eventually you decided not to get the box?

I still want my box, so I didn't ask them to refund me. But it's so strange that they don't ship the box out to me. I am utterly disappointed.

I had no chances to get it. They could only send it to me by FedEx, and FedEx were like no way we would put it on to customs because you have 10 grams of tea there!!!
I called customs like 5 times and everyone there proved me that TEA IS ACCEPTABLE ITEM! They don't even care if I had 10 grams of tea in parcel or 10 kilograms, customs said that there is no problem. But FedEx just blew my mind, then they even started skipping my phone calls when they saw my phone number. Of course I was attacking amazon to help me to resolve this situation, and they were aware about all the process. Eventually, FedEx notified me that they will just send it back to Japan sooner or later and I gave up :tired:tired:tired

ayuuk 10th April 2012 05:59 AM

I have tried my best writing Amazon and expressed my frustration. But they respond very slowly, and when they reply to my email, they always write useless words like "we are looking into the problem" but in the end they do not ship the item out. At first I thought they were sincere, but over these weeks, I feel they are just deceiving me and wasting my trust.

Man, what should I do? What can I say to them (I feel I've used all my energy and all my words)??

(P.S. It's not the problem of my address, as all other orders from YA or CDJ (and previous Amazon orders too) work out fine.)

Utena 10th April 2012 02:26 PM

I would just cancel my order -if possible-, ask for a refund and order it again either on amazon or just some place else..

KarenPang 10th April 2012 02:43 PM

I've bought items from Amazon Japan before but I never have any issues unlike what you've faced o_o

I don't know what you plan to do right now as the way you've said in that Amazon Japan's customer service ain't helping you out in any single way but if I were you , I will head Utena's advice & just cancelled your Amazon Japan order

YesAsia , HMV Japan & CDJapan all still have stock on both the Blu ray & DVD editions of the boxset so maybe you can consider it ? :shrug

I agree with this.

Although they're available the quantity is low, so if you definitely want to make sure you're going to get a boxset then your best bet would be to cancel the order and go elsewhere while it is still available from retailers. In particular, CDJ have only 15 left (13-DVD | 2-blu-ray) according to their website. The only downside is that, unlike the one Amazon tried to send you, they aren't first press. But I suppose you aren't going to worry about that at this stage as long as you can at least get a boxset(?)

toniayu 10th April 2012 08:08 PM

I'll never buy with amazon...
As some people said,I would try to cancel and get it on a different store...For me YesAsia is the best option, their customer support is really good.I had a 'problem' a week ago and the service was really professional.

Pieces_of_SEVEN 12th April 2012 02:32 AM

Whatever you're doing doesn't seem to be working. BE MORE AGGRESSIVE. :)

douggn 12th April 2012 03:06 AM

I think you might have to change voicing your frustration in the letters to having pissed off customer tone. Sounding angry in your letter isn't going to slow your package any slower and if they are still slow in replying. Plus there are laws the online stores have to abide by too

Pieces_of_SEVEN 12th April 2012 03:10 AM

^^That's exactly what I mean. If it takes you being a ***** to get something resolved, then that's just what you're gonna have to do. :shrug

ayuuk 12th April 2012 09:47 PM

^I run out of words. :(

ayuuk 14th April 2012 05:27 AM

After writing words like "please have your manager contact me," I finally got the box set today, three weeks late. But anyway I like the glasses and coasters. "Half pint to line" with the A logo looks lovely!
