I think it was named after a restarurant where she wrote the song (?). She mentioned in an interview for a magazine, but I forgot which one exactly

She said SAKURA was supposed to be a name of a person NOT the flower. She was chatting with a friend and after that, went back to write the song. I think SAKURA is her friend's name.
