I think it depends. Often times they give both, but sometimes they only give you one.

You choose one bonus for each version (for the CDs), if you order two versions (like CD-only and TA CD+DVD) you can get both bonuses.

It used to be that you could order one version and get both bonuses (provided you were a TA member, of course) but not anymore.
