I wonder just what it was that triggered Ayu to hit such a creative renaissance lyrically for this album.

^ Despite whatever criticisms people may have, she was SOOOO in love with Made in Tokyo. I don't think she's been that ecstatic about a tour in a long time. I think the vision and concept of that concert really pushed her to continue it and go further.

It's also possible that the TA tour gave her some inspiration. A more stripped tour, closer to fans, etc.

What does she mean with that "Kono mama" at the end ? I always hear that in songs but i never know what it means and google isn't much helping

I think word by word it's "this way"
Kono = this
Mama= the way something is done (at least in this lyrics context)

This expression is used a lot and it's very recognizable, maybe because "mama" sounds like "mother"? hahaha

Chapter makes it feel fragmented, like one chapter ended and another one began, but continuation makes it feel like a flow, like nothing really changed. Or even if a dream comes true, the hardships are the same afterwards, something like that.
