you can make your chin look smaller with implants. like putting an implant that will make your chin more pointing and that gives a impression that it's smaller and not rounded...

There's also chin or jaw shaving in Asia, mainly popular in Korea, to make your chin more pointy and small.
It's a really dangerous procedure and afaik in most western countries medics don't use it.

Ayu always looks different on pics and it's interesting that it's not happening with other artists so much.
But in the end I personally don't care much.

You can give the impression your face changed in photos eith the right lights + angle. You can use make up. You can use photoshop. You can use less invasive procedures like botox or fillings. You can use a mix of any of those things.

If she had plastic surgery as frequently as people around here tend to assume, I believe there wouldn't be tissue for the surgeons to work with at this point :P She would be Michael Jackson/Amanda Lepore level of deformed.
