The pattern for those tracks seems to be composer (WATANABE or YUKUMI) and then arranger (ATSUSHI / NAKANO or NKN).

Given the length of other song titles, "The world is one" seems a bit too long to fit in there. Looking at the lyrics, it seems like that song could be the last one and maybe called "The way I am" simply because the song reiterates that she'll always 'be there'.
