Besides, I decided to do a couple of Ayumi cosplays:

*drum roll*

"I am...", "UNITE!" DOME TOUR 2001A, and "kanariya" dark Ayu~

"I am..." is my favorite album she's made ^^ She looks so beautiful and she gives out the message of peace and hope ^^

Then "kanariya" Ayu is just so cool looking :D I always loved that song.. ^_^

As for "UNITE!" live version..... you guys mainly chose that! I just have to find white pants and a camo shirt. That shouldn't be too hard at all. My town is abundant with everything~!

Wish me luck that I finish 3costumes on time for the Con. I'll aim for one at a time so I won't get myself all spastic XD

::slight decision making problems.... yet again:::

I went out specifically to buy fabric for the "kanariya" outfit.... and I went and bought fabric for "evolution" XD So now, I am "evolution" Ayu, as well o_O

I put some pretty badass white pants on hold until July 1st (haha, that's an Ayu single!!). I just need to figure out if she's wearing boots, high heels, or high-heeled boots (pics are too small).

Perhaps you should just stich with whichever outfit is your fav. If you've only got 3 days to make 1 outfit, then I guess you'll have to put off making the other 3 outfits. Either that, or see if you know anyone who can help you make the other outfits.

She's got 10 days to make 4 outfits. And 3 days to wear them.

Anyway if you're going to be Ayu, I suggest something that has impact y'know. Not something "generic" looking that people won't get freaked out seeing it the for the first time. So yeah... I'd say go for that ayu-mi-x 4 AOV Ayu! Or if you're up for some crazy challenge, forgiveness Ayu :mgrin

She had an eye infection. Where the hell did condom come from :rolleyes

Supposedly, it was an infection during OPEN AIR LIVE 2002 A. While I'm not sure how she got the infection (sickess, dust, stress, etc), she just used a patch instead of stopping the performance.

Poor Ayu.. Well, I have bought a wig that matches "M" (angel Ayu).. and I got one that matches the picture for "OPEN AIR LIVE 2002A" (the... erm.. rather eye-patch.. not condom.. pic...ture... ~_~)

I bought some more dye for my hair and I have begun sewing "evolution".

This is now becomming a project more or less for my own enjoyment. I'm happy I see it this way now. :)

I should be finished with "evolution", "OPEN AIR LIVE 2002A", and "UNITE!" today. I'll post some pictures when I take breaks and stuff ^^

You shouldn't rely on other people to decide which cosplay you should do. Cosplay is about your fandom. You should chose and Ayu costume that you really like and make it. When you ask people to "suggest" a costume for you, it comes off as if you just want the attention from trying to please people. If you can't figure out which Ayu you want to cosplay, then you shouldn't cosplay Ayu.

I was actually very hurt by your rudeness.. My having others decide for me is because there are so many faces to Ayu that I just wanted to find which would be most recognizable for others at the convention. A lot of people know about Ayu, but there are also a lot that haven't even heard of her. I just want to spread the word about my (and most other's) favorite idol.

As for "trying to please people": I do want to please people, but not how you mean it. I want people to smile and say "Wow! I've seen a picture of that lady before!" when they see me. I'm not trying to get attention out of this.. well, maybe at the con, but most certainly not from the board members.

Those who have chosen to aid and assist in my cosplay venture have chosen to do so out of their own free-will, and maybe- just maybe- they have fun playing dress up and dollie (I know I love it when I get to dress my friends up for conventions. We make girlie parties out of it~! ^_^)

But anyway.. it isn't like I wrote something like "I'LL KILLS YA IF YA DUN ANSWER MEH! I SWEAR IT >_<" or "RESPOND TO THIS OR I SHALL EAT YOUR UNBORN CHILDREN" . Like I said, they chose to help me, and I thank them.

I only hope that I can do a good job with the cosplay.. Even if I don't, it will be coming from my heart being as I am an avid Ayumi fan. I've loved her music since "pokerface" (my penpal got me into it) and I'll continue to strive to have the energy and creativity she puts into her audience.. that's what makes us love her, ne?
