It's not really similar - the spelling is, but the meanings are different. Memorial... is a final rememberance of a person after they've died, and memories means you remember things that happened in your life.

the album will be release in newyear , i think about the song called "Lunar" or "Sakura" .
But the name i like most is "BALLADS" and it will be a great ballads song :D
