Lol--- I always keep mine. I usually end up opening the jewel case ((between where the CD is held and the back page is)) and stick it in there just to keep. I just don't wanna throw it out! Either that, or I use it as a bookmark. And even then when it's used out, I put it back between the pieces of the jewel case XD
