I have a xanga, and I play ayumi music all the time...and I have many things people say...only because I showed some of them mvs of

A. it's that whorish chick with a bunch of guys - my name's women
B. it's that chinese asian girl majig you like so much
C. your so obsessed with her just marry her...

I'm not so obssessed to the point that I'd want to marry her people misunderstand...just because I listen to japanese music doesn't make me want to marry the people...some americans just don't understand, and some like to make fun of them by making words that are really annoying...

lol since i'm part cantonese...my parents called Ayu Bun Kei Bo
and my friends..well the ones that don't know who Ayu is..call her Ayuuumi, putting emphasis on the "u" sound

mui-gei-tal 1st May 2005 06:57 AM

most of my friends listen to jpop and ayu..so they call her ayu or ayumi. other people would refer to her as "that pretty girl" or "is that BoA?" which i get paranoid of~

one of my friends is japanese, but she still calls her Ayumi Hamazaki (it's because of the kanji). As for my parents, they call her "that Japanese girl that I'm obsessed with". :irked

Since i bored all my friends and family with her, they know her name's Ayumi :mischief
The others just say "That japanese girl" (and i bored them to death 'til they got that she IS japanese, not chinese or anything).

My mother call her "Ayumi Hama-thingy-what-is-it-i-don't-remember" :eyebrow

Peachilicious 2nd May 2005 08:49 PM

I don't really talk about Ayumi with my friends, but if I ever do they usually just call her Ayu. Except for my boyfriend, who calls her "A yummy ham and sake". Makes me hungry. :yes

walking proud 2nd May 2005 09:45 PM

1) "That one japanese girl"
2) "Ayumi" (My brother and close friends who know how to pronounce her name 'cause I talk about her a lot)
3) "Hah mah whatever"
4) "AYUUUUUUUUUUUU"
