Yeah, the party wasn't much of a rave even though it was supposed to be. I can't remember the last rave that sold hot dogs and nachos....lol...

It was held in this huge exhibition center in a football field, nice warehouse vibe but the vendors really killed it and the soundleak from stage to stage was horrible. Gabriel & Dresden totally made my night however, I thought their set was totally amazing and that's saying a lot since I'm not much of a mainstream trance fan anymore...

I shall have pics to share soon :D

This year I was at a-nation '05 in Oita, Japan and Sky Jamboree in Nagasaki, Mongol 800 was there.

Other than that I have been to several concerts and live events and have seen, Namie Amuro, Ayumi Hamasaki, HY, MAX, SPEED, LIVE, Metallica, and several others.

Haha! :roflmao I've been to raves that did the same. one was on a boat and had a beer stand (beer+boat+dancing=baaaaad!!!) and a couple in an abandonded skating rink that sold food, i think they had nachos too, haha!

I've been to one in an abandoned skating rink too! haha

They forbid us to bring skates which was a pretty smart decision. Ravers are bad enough on their own, let alone on wheels :laugh

I went to a Kelly Clarkson concert because a friend of his bailed out and I got the tickets for $10. LOL

I saw Death Cab for Cutie right before Halloween. My first concert. The opening band (Stars Upon, or something?) was pretty bad live. (The female lead reminds me of Ashley Simpson with her haircut and her really disturbing 'dance' moves and weird hand motions.) I'm pretty sure they're a new band so they can't be blamed. They prolly sound great on their CD though.. but live? They need to work on it.

Death Cab, though.. *swoon* I was always a 'so-so' fan for DC, but after this concert.. I am in love. *.*

Ben Gibbard may be the sweatiest man alive, but he is still amazing. Lovelovelove his voice. He is an AMAZINGLY well-rounded musician. Played the keyboard, guitar, and drums during the concert as well as sang wonderfully. The encore pratically had me in tears.
