It was actually alot better than I expected.. thank goodness.. ^_^
she looks beautiful.. although there are times when I looked at her.. and thought she didn't look like her at all. O.O; |
Ayu looks really pretty!! I love the necklace, dress, hair etc etc. I think the dark-rainy bits were the best part.
I didn't really like the transition from day to night - just seemed a bit weird. And the amount of time used at the start with the make-up people ==" I think I appreciate the emotion of the song better after seeing the PV. =) |
sighs....
the lip sync thing really ruin a nice pv like this.... i wonder why all the pv in this single have the same problems... :( |

Kinda like - - - People are doing to omuch for her.. :shrug I loved both pvs though. <3 And Yukiko-Chan, True. I thought it was going to be a copy of B&D with different places in new york. Kinda what i thought - - but it was much betetr than i expected. |
its director is american?
I have to say.. the dress, jewerly and style..really do remind me of lindsay lohan's confession of a a broken heart.... and.. the hairstylist is wack... just flinging her hair around... cant he at least be a little more careful! |
If we're lookin for a connection in the lyrics, then it's horrible. Not enough schown.
But as far as the beauty aspect goes, it's actually really well made. I love how sad she looks, and how beautifully she can do it. Beautiful Sad Girls = my weakness. |
ohh.. i forgot to mention just how much i want her necklace and bracelet...
.. wish I could reach into the pv and take them... o.O;; they rock. |
i think the real director's NAME is LUIS HERNANDEZ
not HERMANDEZ (SPAIN, MEXICO OR CENTER/SOUTH AMERICAN DIRECTOR) |
i think this pv was a lot better than bold & delicious.
ayu looked gorgeous, and she did more than just standing on a truck and waving her arms while travelling around NY. (a very pretty city indeed) she looked absolutely stunning...and made me speechless. a nice simple PV, that's not boring. |

it was better than i thought because i thought it would like like B&D except in a different area
the first part was very distracting how these 2 guys kept fiddling with Ayu, they just didnt stop! lol i thought the PV was rushed as well as B&D, it seems they didnt put much effort in making it lok better and yup overall it's just a normal PV, nothing special, just like a typical American PV |
first thing? Dearest
|
anyone knows who is "Luis Hermandez"? It is foreigner name, i think it is not american...?

It's very simple. No special effects except the rain. It's not so bad though since I think the aim of the pv was to portray emotion. It was extremely well planned in my opinion - the images we were given were carefully chosen. Ayu looks beautiful yet tragic at the same time.
I love the effects of the water with rain dripping in it. Creates this image... of nostalgia. Also the reflection was one very clever shot. The atmosphere she manages to portray is terribly sad though. A lot of emotion is accumulated throughout the pv. I have this feeling she is desperate and depressed throughout it. Very good acting. Also the red text on the moving thing.. I cannot recognize what it says.. but I think it has an important part in the pv |

he must be "HERNANDEZ" (not herMandez) (latin american or spanish) . |
its a really nice PV and very emotional.
when first seeing the preview I tought it was just like a ripoff of the B&D PV, but after seeing it I must say it is really different. and the dress is really pretty :love |
I thought the scrolling marquee was important at first after at one point I saw the words "No One Knows" and "That Girl." Then I studied them closely and besides these two seperate points it's pretty much impossible to read. At the very beginning it says something to the effect of "Check Out Our New Gift Baskets" and somewhere through the middle it mentioned "Soup" I think. (And of course at the end "Ayumi Hamasaki Pride")
That's like twenty minutes of my life I won't ever get back. I would have loved to see her do something more emotional with opening strains of the song where the music is so raw, but no. Behind the scenes. We get to sit and watch Ayu get primped for the first minute of the thing. *yawn* After that it was great though. Except for the fake rain. I don't know if that was made to look fake for the PV, or if they were just sloppy. But it was still a pretty effect, and Ayu pulled off the emotions needed to convey the song's message. But honestly, the PV is beautiful. (I may be biased because I'm in love with the song, though.) |
