I thought those are all made in Taiwan, since from "My Story" OS version, theres a small sentence on the OBI says "This product is licensed to be distributed and sold in the following countries: Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, ndonesia only." that's why I thought maybe Avex Japan gave another Avex the right to publish their products for places that outside of Japan.

My CD+DVD shipped today (today was the release date in Taiwan for the album). I bought it in eBay a couple days ago.

No, you got what I posted wrong.
There isn't just one overseas version. There're around 4 overseas subsidiaries that release overseas versions.
Avex Taiwan manufactures and releases in Taiwan and all those other territories you mentioned, so does Avex Asia (based in Hong Kong). SM Entertainment releases them in Korea and China Record Shanghai Distribution releases them in mainland China.
And yes, they do have rights to publish them overseas.
