Okay okay, I know I'm gonna get flamed for that.. :P

Yoshio was already in music prior to Ayumi even being in show business. He was part of a moderately popular group called "The Good-Bye" and participated in other musical acts as well. He did not keep his hair long back then.

I think it's probably just some regular guy she was briefly dating. I'm sure she probably had SOMETHING of a life at the time.
