If you have short hair: do a very high ponytail, take some gel, mousse, spray and make a messy look. You can also take little hair out of the ponytail and put gel for the from. I don't know if you understand what I'm saying. I'm not good at explaining in english. LOL.
Heh, you should take asongforXX's advice. It's pretty easy, but the hard thing is, "Will it stay?" Heheh. ^^
