I believe iTunes still counts as a store. It does make ULTRA BLUE 'commercially available'.

It's on iTunes Canada too, for $11.99 Canadian. And our iTunes store kinda sucks compared to the US one.

What about Kiss Me Good-Bye? I requested Angela Aki's Kiss Me Good-Bye single in AHS, and I got a replies telling me that the single was available in US iTunes. I knew this beforehand, but I thought I could still request the single because the US single was different from the Japanese release. Anyway, is it allowed at AHS? Angela signed with Tofu Records, and the US single is released under Tofu Records, so... :shrug

It is official: Utada's ULTRA BLUE will be available at Wal-Mart and yes, Dir en Grey's Withering to Death album is now available in the US as well (just bought the US edition today). I don't think any of Dir en Grey's other albums have been released in the US (yet) though.

I noticed you're missing Nana Kitade's 18-eighteen- US release album.
Utada Hikaru's ULTRA BLUE can be bought online at WalMart.com (about $15 US) or Target.com (about $50 US [o_0])

Where exactly can those releases be found? I want the album of HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR! I'm not so sure if those US release are also available in Canada...

Well, in that event, most of Ayu's stuff should be removed from the Ayu downloads section because you can buy her cds from Itunes as well.

Don't even think about uploading Utada's new "This Is The One" album everybody - because this album will be available physically in the United States...

All because of antitrust/copyright laws...

dude, we know. Not only that, the mods put out an official statement saying that no US or future US releases are going to be allowed.

Before that however, we could upload and have things until the release date, so none of the posts really make any sense. Calm down and trust the mods that they will take care of the forum.
