Her hips probably look better because of the color...if she were wearing black (a slimming color) they probably look quite like that. (Yay for illusions!)

I really love the colors. White on pink is so...sweet! I'm not crazy about the pose, but the dress is gorgeous.

Personally, I think she's angling her butt back and the dress is sort of falling forward, making it look like she has large hips XD

You know like when you stick your butt out but your chest is forward xD
