The prices of those items are:

4,500 yen for the towel. (~$45)
500 yen for the uchiwa (at AT06 the uchiwa was 1,500 yen o_o). (~$5)
1,500 yen for the sun protector thingy. (~$15)

Their names are:
ジャンボタオル (janbo taoru, jumbo towel?)
ウチワ (uchiwa, fan)
サンシェード (sansheedo, sun shade)

Wait, when you order it just converts the money if your not using yen to buy?
