Well Utada did hers in English for this station.. More people know English in China than they do Japanese.. Plus, on MTV Buzz Asia she addressed her Taiwanese fans in English, she could have easily done it in Japanese...

^I guess, if Hikki spoke English. Either way, they're going to have to put in Chinese subs...
