I was reading the newspaper and saw this lil part article
the reporter asks how was the concert(ayu) and he replied

"I appologize, I must've been very tire from work and fell as sleep. I was sitting near the front, to make it not embarrassing I told my friend to jab me once awhile to wake me up. Overall the concert performance was excellent but I suspected that she(ayu) is lip-syncing"

^ that last part of the sentence is where the fans got furious
he fell asleep but yet thought ayu was lip-syncing?

Well I dunno about his ears, but I'm not so sure if there's anyone that can tell a difference when you are falling asleep. That could be this kind of genius but he sure does not strike me as one.

He might comment on her unbelievable performance [though it's possible for ayu and many others to sing and dance at the same time], but I cannot accept the fact that other bias people to jump to his defence without any concrete evidence that ayu lip-sync.

he's not a celebrity then, because he didn't respect ayu!

Exactly!!! like that grass group, just wanna steal attention from the newspapers, by saying anything helping the HK singer (on Eason's side). They cannot sing+dance perfectly does not mean Ayu cannot do it. Ayu is much younger than them and has a lot more conert experiences as well.

exactly, and for that carelesness i think he shoudl apologize. his comment was no that big of a deal on normal terms, everyone has their own opinion, but mututal respect is somethign completely different.

if that happened it would come from her, what that singer did is just backstabbing (sp), right or wrong he has no right whatsoever to come to the press and say something like that knowing the asia public and not being sure of what he is saying. it is just really sad, if ayus fanbase weren't that strong she could have ruined her image on the chinese market.

I don't know if i've ever once heard Britney Spears sing live, and even with all the craziness about her, i still buy her cd's. I think if you stop liking someone simply because of a bit of lipsyncing, then you is the point of music: To enjoy it.

90% of European artists lipsynch on a daily basis, but mostly because most talk shows and places they perform do not have live microphone's. But whatever.:thud
