Hm.. True. I couldn`t attend any her concert :/ And downloading (buying) the DVD I thought: it`s better than live! I see the best scenes and there arent bunch of people..
BUT .. Live is better :D It brings out the feelings and all that.. like when you felt during M performance :yes ... I wanna cry on Ayus concert!! If I would, that would be on Who...

And Ayu`s para para dance? x3 LOL THAT I wanna see live.. Really did Uemarasan forgot to mention it or the wasnt on the concert? Sorry for double posting :(

Well, first of all, I didn't go to A Musuem :) Sorry for the confusion. I only went to this year's concert. She didn't perform Trauma or do her para para in Arena Tour 2007 (Tour of Secret) :P Most of the songs were from Secret. She performed appears, though. Yay!

No no.. I got you that you were on AT07 ^^ It`s kind of weird she didn`t perform Trauma.. That para para dance is kind of irritating lately..

Hehe, I guess the whole Trauma thing has died down now. Overall, I feel like I can't stand the song but when I watch the lives then I guess I don't mind, doing the lil dance is always fun ^^

Edit: Nevermind, it still seems to be popular in the CDLs xDDDDDDDD

If she were to perform all single tracks up to the point of A MUSEUM, there would have been 42 songs (Incl Connected, A Song Is Born). Surely you can see how such a set up wouldn't be feasible.
Only 20 of the 24 she sang were singles. It was a retrospect of her career at that point aka A museum of the songs in her career.

There's the issue of time and money. Ayu has a really all-or-nothing mindset, it appears: either she puts on a grand show or none at all. If she were to perform ALL the songs, each with a different feel to it, she'd more or less need to have lots more costumes/sets, and it would quickly add up to lots more money, I'd think. And she also wants to be sure to perform older songs that we all know and love, and figure in THOSE songs with ALL the new ones from her new album, and you'd have like a 3 hour concert XD

And then she'd have to do that 3-hour-concert over & over & over for all the cities she visits....I'd rather Ayu do a reasonable amount of songs and have it be just really spectacular and not rushed. Plus, when Ayu gets tired her voice gets wonky. :P

But I do see where you're coming from. For AT06 I know I definitely would've preferred Will over...UNITE or something.

I think she wants to keep Will a sort of mystery..

Like, people can decide for themselves what it'll look like, rather than she give them the visuals. Which is probably why it didn't get a PV and such..

^ For some reason ever since I saw the "part of Me" set at AT07, I imagine that's how "Will" would've looked; gorgeous kimono, really royal set. XD

I, for one, was GLAD she performed EVOLUTION on AT07 AGAIN. It was my first Ayu concert. I would have been disappointed if she didn't sing it :P

I think it's easy to say which songs she you're so sick of hearing if you just watch the DVDs of her concerts. Think about the fans who can only make it to an Ayu concert perhaps only once in their lifetimes. Not everyone is rich and can fly to Japan so easily :)

She did perform momentum for AT07 :D But I don't think I heard It Was... Need to refresh my memory! It's only been three months!

expect it would be on the main setlist with those gorgeous gowns and effects...XP

She kept forgetting the lyrics to it and so she decided to stop trying to sing it at her concerts. XD

You know, I was watching my MY STORY DVD last night when it occurred to me that she DIDN'T perform all of her songs from MY STORY. Then it occurred to me that she did the same thing with (miss)understood, and then I proceeded to be confused and wonder why this was because... doesn't she perform all of the songs from Secret in her most recent tour? Or am I making that up?
