If you do hack it though, you screw up your warranty. If it goes wrong (Which it seriously can, your left with a busted ipod that no store will refund. If you wanna play video's it's worth the extra 30 quid to buy a video ipod than risk losing 120 pounds.

lulz, I want to throw rocks at Apple as well. For misleading submenus and for making iTunes be not compatible with my ancient computer. :( Oh well, at least they led me to SanDisk. <3

congrats on getting an ipod! be warned, they're addictive -- i somehow forgot to bring my ipod to uni on monday, and had to spend the whole bus and train trip without any music! it was pure torture!
