lucky you to see ayu first performed talkin' 2 myself!

Yeah, July 1st starts when Ayu goes around in her chariot thing. Halfway through the stadium it changes to Boys and Girls. She does half of Boys and Girls for the rest of the stadium in the chariot, then the last half is done onstage (same as last year) So yeah, July 1st was shorter.

Nope, didn't see her. I only went to 8/25. You should ask HirunoKaze though when he gets back since he is going to 8/26.

It's a wonderful setlist but unfortunately the sound control got messed, which is kinda weird. Anyhow, I do actually wish that this would be the setlist for the tv-version and dvd version of a-nation '07.

Wow wow wow! Setlist is the best ever! In my opinion on DVD they should include all songs! That would be extremely awesome ;)

Yeah, I'm glad I did A-Nation at least once, but because of the sound issue (and the extreme heat and humidity all day) it's probably my least favorite time seeing Ayu. (I saw My Story tour, Miss Understood tour, and cdl 06-07) It was nice to see the other artists too for a change.:) TRF was lots of fun with Survival Dance, Chu-lip was fun to dance to, I liked Kumi's "But" a lot. Remioromen performed all fanfavorites including, Konayuki and did none of their singles from this year. They were great, along with Anna Tsuchiya. ELT's Shapes of Love was great too. Anna, ELT, and Remio were all in the first half of the show and all their rock songs sounded great - sound was perfect. It seemed to start going down hill after Remio sound wise. (maybe since Remio aren't Avex, they brought their own sound crew and then someone messed up when changing it back over? I don't know) But everyone after that that had a more rocking song, it was hard to hear their vocals over the music and of course Ayu had it the worst because hers are the most rock of any Avex artist - plus I know that Ayu doesn't usually sound that low live.

Interesting note, my Mother went with me and commented that she thought Ayu was kinda thin. (she hadn't seen the LA pictures were people have been speculating that she is too thin.) I also thought she was thinner, but not scarily thin - you could notice a difference though.

Now it's on to Namie on Tuesday! I haven't seen her live yet, so I'm excited. :)

Yeah it's pretty much a given on A-Nation DVDs that they include Ayu's first and last song and then probably only one other one. :( Even the TV broadcast last year only showed 3 songs, when normally it shows like 5.

Oh! I almost forgot to describe the Talkin' to Myself performance! It's actually a lot like Until that Day... People thought that song should just be Ayu w/ the band and it turned out to be Ayu with the dancers. Well, that's what Talkin' 2 Myself is like too. It has a dance routine and Ayu dances in it probably more than I've seen her in anything else other than the Real Me PV.

The three opening songs were actually pretty sexual in the choreography - like some pole dancing and dancing with chairs. These 3 songs at A-Nation are probablly the sexiest Ayu has gotten in her choreography I think. There was quite a bit of interaction between Ayu and Shuya throughout and also in the fated performance Shuya plays her lover.

But a long dance routine sounds... cool. :3
