I love the idea of Kuu doing my name's WOMEN though. I bet Otsuka Ai could do STEP you, or maybe even a ballad. And maybe Hikki could sing something like kanariya since she's good with R&B. I think BoA maybe might be better singing JEWEL. That's just what I'm thinking though.

no! i would not want to hear other artists covering ayu. her songs are so unique, and any covers will be inferior to ayu's version.

Everyone's ideas are so cool. I never even thought about Hikki doing a song, seeing as she is an Ayu fan and a friend of Ayu's herself.

As for the cover songs being inferior, they might be. The travesty that was a cover of [M] is the reason why I don't listen to dream anymore. There will always be a lot of flack for cover songs because they normally aren't as good as the original. With the exception of T.M.R's [Under:Cover] self-cover album. All of the songs on it were HOT, but that's probably because only he did the covering while Heartsdales & Ayaka Hirahara made minor appearances.

Maybe Ayu could do that? I've always wanted her to record a live arrangement version of [evolution]. The version where everyone's screaming "tsuya, tsuya!" (that's it right?)
