Answering to the question, it's really hard to define. The title has changed from Mirror to Mirrorcle World, the song is now an extended version (even though even an extended version of an album song can be considered an aklbum cut).

We'll have a definite answer when her next album is released. If Mirrorcle World is featured on it, then it wasn't a GUILTY's album cut. If it doesn't, then it was.

Maybe with Mirrocle world she can rerelease a guilty special edition! ok I kidd. I consider it sort of like a recut in the sense that it is, but it's not. Hehe.

I would take it as they are taking it out to make into a better version...but still there isnt much surprise to me...just a new song LIFE which i have yet to hear anything~^^

nevertheless lets hope that mirrorcle World's PV will be amazingly good!

Nah, it's an extended version, so I don't count it as a GUILTY track. I also don't think Mirrorcle World is going to be on her next album release either, I am kind of hoping this is just a special 10th year anniversary single song. :yes As for the b-side Life, it probably will be on her next album. :shrug
