Those are some cool pictures, the fashion she's wearing is called "decora" it's a layering or "heavily decorated" fashion in Japan, some examples of this fashion are in the "Fruits" book. Decora usually consists of bright colors, layers, huge shoes, stockings, wild hair, and flat out unusually yet creative clothing.
