I just got CDJapan's upcoming artist newsmail on this, nice title lol XD but since "ayumi" apparently means "to walk/step" or something like that, it actually sounds very GReeeeN-ish for a song title~ And yeah, man, this was FAST! Tobira has barely been released! How awesome! @ Karen, yeah - anything beats HIGH G.K LOW in sales~ that single was a sad case :no and probably the reason the Ai Uta PV turned out so freaking cheap. XD Though, I think the success of Kiseki and their latest album is helping them out, cause Tobira seems to be selling better than the rest of their non-hit singles... I think their pre-Kiseki singles all sold around 40k overall, right? (there's no wiki to check T_T) |

I guess people just don't care so much for GReeeeN's crazy, more hip-hoppy songs... like HIGH G.K LOW, Party People, Reggae Reggae, Boyonka Boyoyonka~ I think they're all hot though XD ESPECIALLY Party People and Reggae Reggae :heart those songs are CRACK XD
but since they weren't popular back then and were just starting out, they should've kept just the pop songs to release as singles~ BTW, am I the only one who thinks almost all of their b-sides were just as good as the a-sides? I REALLY hope they'll release a b-side best one day :( |
