I wouldn't think Hilary and Brit sound the same...And how do you know that her music voice has been alted? You'd need to hear her sing live before you made a judement.
I think I heard her sing live once on the Disney Channel, though I wouldn't call it live because she was lip-synching. Also, I heard her on a radio interview last month and the host asked her to sing one of her songs. Her answer? "No way! *laughing*" :rolleyes

It wouldn't surprise me a bit if Ayu has ever had a little help by computers. It seems to be common these days. :shrug

I don't mind if some artists get a little help from the computer. But to me, it sounded like she did use ALOT of help from the computer than just a little. :dry

Set_one: The movie *i took my sister* was woooooooooow..and wow not good wow as in *snooze* i mean dont get me wrong, sure it could pass as decent, *sayin that so ppl dont flame me* but does she actually have to fall in almost all the scenes o_O she should get that checked >< (lol)

lol samurai. she's a klutz? :think :roflmao

Okay in the beginning, she was alright. Her show was enjoyable O_o all of a sudden, you see her name starting to pop up everywhere, and hearing all these rumors and news, and suddenly she's like this epidemic. you start hearing that she does this and that and all the big bucks theyre paying her but with all that, u notice her looking older really fast... her career seems to be moving a little too fast like a fad. and everyone knows fads don't really last long if suddenly someone goes all crazy over it. :rolleyes hey don't start yelling at me for hating on her or something this is just me expressing my opinion. and with everyone's opinions here on this board, it doesnt seem like she'll be in the spotlight for long.:think

TamagotchiSan 3rd August 2003 03:14 AM

i think her album was okay, i liked her in the show better though

Angelic - not at all.

She was the star of Disney, the Disney channel offered to move the show over to a network, ABC (also owned by disney), and hike the pay up to $30,000 an episode, for the next four years (following Lizzie, Gordo, and Miranda through High School)

Her parents are her managers, and her mom found that offer "insultingly low". Mind you, the girl is 15 years old, some people don't make that much money in a year. Anywho, they tried to renegotiate, but that ended up falling through.

When you really look at it from a business point of view, it makes since the her lawyers, managers, and agents wouldn't want to take the offer. Moving from a niche network to a nationally offered basic network, the show could have only increased in popularity. Suddenly, the show could gain viewers who didn't have cable, or who didn't subscribe to a cable service that provided the Disney Channel. Therefore, it would have make no sense what-so-ever to sign a four-year contract for $30,000 an episode. At the most, a two-year contract would have made sense, which could later be renewed with a higher salary, but anything more than two years and Hilary and the family would be missing out on substantial sums of money.

Eh, all about the money.. :/

Set_0ne 3rd August 2003 05:05 AM

Sad, sad..It's crazy people get so money hungry..Dang, she already has bucket loads of money..Hmm..Her older sister is a singer to..she is alright

Yvette 3rd August 2003 05:34 AM

it is sad. the more money you're rolling in, the more enemies you have. the more people come after you. but hey, who isn't greedy? :P
