It's sad how many suicides you hear from celebrities in Asia...

That is really sad. R.I.P.
Why are so many Korean celebrities commiting suicide these days?

tokyoxjapanxfan 14th March 2009 10:08 AM

this is awful. and to be honest, korea needs to do something about depression. obviously it's a problem if so many people, including celebrities who are supposedly "happy and lucky with their lives and have everything" are killing themselves.

it's really sad.

*and im not sure if this is true but ive heard korea doesnt treat depression like its a problem? and they choose to ignore it??? they dont give medications for it and such??? i dont know if this is true but i remember hearing about it when a korean sunger U;ne? or something? killed herself...

From the opening/first post:

Quote:

"Their parent had passed away 10 years ago, and they only had each other. 张紫妍 had tried keeping pets but it does not help her condition."

I'm just curious, how did her parents die? Does anyone know?

it's horrible if that is true, the korean entertainment seem to be out of hand nowadays, i really hope this is not the reason.

what that's terrible if it's true

I know showbiz can be a very seedy business & I wouldn't be surprised if people fall into that trap

Too bad, she's so cute. :*(
Depression is the one of the silent killers ever.
I know how it feels to be depress so deeply.
