It seems like CDTV does this poll like 10 times a year now or something. Weird that Kuraki Mai is on the list as you don't usually see her too much on this poll. This poll has always been just a for fun type of thing though - as you can see the results shift drastically and its all done by online poll.

^The only reason I can guess she's back on the list is because she's gaining recognition again. I mean this year has been the best year she's had in a while.
