I myself haven't done anything crazy since I only own two cds from her, no dvds, never been to a concert. and don't own any merchandise from her. (no posters, tshirts, towels, ayupans, anything). I'm the very opposite of this thread haha.

the most extreme ayumi thing I'll ever do is get a tattoo "M" in the same font as the single on my shoulder. And I'm not even sure if I want it as a tattoo. if it wasn't for the fact that my last name begins with an M (and my middle name too haha) I probably wouldn't have even given getting an ayu related tattoo a second thought.

Clicking the "purchase tickets" button on the HangSeng website for 3 hours straight in order to pre-order Ayu concert tickets in HK.

The site was overflowing so bad that barely anyone got past the "purchase tickets" button on the front page!! I had to click for 3 hours just to get in. Sure took a lot of perseverance.

... That, and spending 56000 yen on 2 Ayu B-block tickets for yoyogi. But then that's not even nearly the most expensive resale tickets can get in Japan.
