B/F01 is the category Latest☆J-POP and when they'll play the song it will be listed in the tracklist. There's no definite time or day.

USEN is a digital radio service. I posted this in the other thread, but it moved too fast for people to see. I don't think this necessarily warrants a thread of it's own, but whatever... aha.

You buy the satellite radio service or w/e [like XM/Sirius] and you can request songs to be played on certain blocks. But this is rather useless to overseas fans, really.
