^ya...their fans are most concentrate on the first day sales, that's why their cds sell like crazy on the first day.

not that i don't like them, i really like their songs, i'm getting their best album when i go japan next month.
but i don't like some of their hardcore fans....a little crazy, buying 100+ copies then selling them for 100 yen at YAJ.
feels like degrading them...

Well Ayu's got the #1 sealed for sure judging by those midday numbers. 2nd place is not even close. Still...69k is kind of incredulous. I wouldn't bet on it. No need to cry if she sells that badly though....Japanese music these days has no eyes for anyone not in a boyband/AKB48.

I hope she'll sell great though, maybe around NL sales will be ok

I hate to be the pessimist, but I just can't see it selling anywhere close to NL, seeing how album and single sales have been steadily decreasing. Comebacks are rare and hardly have the magnitude they used to, and no one knows at all if this is her "comeback" at all.

I would say 300-320k total is what people should expect.

Anything higher would be great though.

I might as well say this. I still don't think the title is appropriate. There's too many ballads for it to be considered Rock 'n' Roll, and there aren't enough crazy songs like Sexy Little Things to be considered Circus. I feel like ayu feels like she's obliged to put ballads on an album of hers. A "Rock 'n' Roll" album and we get loaded with ballads. You were..., BALLAD, montage, last links, meaning of love, Sunset ~LOVE is ALL~, and I think the only songs that qualify for Circus are Sexy Little Things, Lady Dynamite, and Don't Look Back (not really, but it has that "unusual" feel to it). Just saying, the title of the album doesn't really tell the story of the album. I feel like it's wrongly named.
